Waarom de combinatie van vitamine D en vitamine K?
Vitamine D en vitamine K zijn belangrijke partnervitaminen. Waar vitamine D zorgt voor normale calciumgehalten in het bloed zorgt vitamine K voor de opname van calcium op de juiste plaats - in de botten - in plaats van ongewenste plekken zoals de nieren of de bloedvaten.

Dat het een uitdaging is om voldoende vitamine D aan te maken is algemeen bekend. Dit geldt niet alleen voor de donkere dagen in het najaar ook in de lente en zomer kan onze lichaamseigen vitamine D-aanmaak tekortschieten. Zeker nu we de zon de enige stimulans van vitamine D aanmaak in de huid meer en meer vermijden. We zitten veel binnen en als we buiten komen dragen we een zonnebril zonwerende kleding en zonnebrand. Bij het ontbreken of vermijden van zonlicht wordt vitamine D een essentieel nutriënt. Het wordt dan noodzakelijk om vitamine D op een andere manier aan te vullen. Vitamine D kunnen we uit onze voeding halen uit vette vis zoals zalm en makreel lever en eigeel. Helaas is de hoeveelheid vitamine D die via voeding kan worden aangereikt nooit zo hoog als eigen aanmaak in de huid en kampen we vaak onbewust met tekorten aan vitamine D.

Recent heeft een meta-analyse van wetenschappelijk onderzoeken bewezen dat het nuttig is vitamine D suppletie te combineren met vitamine K omdat deze twee vitaminen samenwerken. Vitamine K vinden we ook in de voeding. Groene bladgroenten zoals boerenkool spinazie en peterselie zijn rijke bronnen van vitamine K1. In het lichaam is deze vorm echter relatief slecht opneembaar. Vitamine K2 met name menaquinon-7 wordt gezien als de meeste efficiënte bron van vitamine K. Deze vorm wordt geproduceerd door bepaalde bacteriën en komt in beperkte mate voor in vlees zuivel en eieren. Mede om die reden lukt het ons lichaam vaak niet om voldoende vitamine K uit onze voeding te halen. Een supplement kan dan uitkomst bieden.

Hoge kwaliteit dankzij biologische actieve vormen van vitamine D en K
In al onze vitamine D producten verwerken wij uitsluitend vitamine D3. Deze vorm is effectiever in het verhogen van de vitamine D-spiegels dan vitamine D2. Vitamine D3 is als biologisch actieve vorm namelijk tot tien keer sterker. Ook voor vitamine K2 gebruiken we de biologisch actieve vorm menaquinon-7 (MK7) van K2VITAL®. Deze grondstof staat bekend om zijn hoge opneembaarheid en lange halfwaardetijd en maakt dat Bonusan Vitamine D3 & K2 enkel de hoogste kwaliteit grondstoffen bevat.

Om een goede opname in het lichaam te borgen van de vetoplosbare vitaminen D en K lossen wij deze op in een vetmatrix van extra vierge olijfolie. Bonusan Vitamine D3 & K2 bevat dan ook geen onnodige toevoegingen en geen toegevoegd omega-6. Zo voorkomen we dat het de omega-3 – omega 6 verhouding ongunstig beïnvloedt. De capsulewand kleurden wij donker met behulp van natuurlijk karamel ten behoeve van de stabiliteit van de van nature onstabiele vitamine K2.

Bonusan Vitamine D3 & K2 biedt uitkomst als dagelijkse aanvulling van vitamine D omdat er bijvoorbeeld weinig blootstelling aan de zon plaatsvindt of omdat u in een risicogroep valt. Raadpleeg een deskundige als u antistollingsmedicatie (bloedverdunners) gebruikt vitamine K kan de werking daarvan beïnvloeden.

Vitamine D3 draagt ertoe bij dat calcium goed wordt opgenomen uit de voeding en vitamine K2 zorgt vervolgens voor de opname van calcium in de botten. Bovendien draagt vitamine K2 bij tot een normale bloedstolling en ondersteunt vitamine D3 het immuunsysteem.

Nice divider, serves it's purpose well!

This room divider worked out very well for what I needed. I wanted a simple way to create a little more privacy and separation in a larger room without doing anything permanent, and this divider was an easy solution. The panels provide good coverage, and the black color gives it a clean, modern appearance that blends in nicely with different décor styles. Assembly was fairly straightforward, and once set up, the wider feet helped keep the divider stable on the floor. I was especially happy with how flexible the panels are to arrange. You can keep it mostly straight, angle it around furniture, or create a more enclosed private space depending on the layout you need. The material allows light to filter through slightly while still offering a noticeable sense of privacy. I’ve used it for separating a workspace area, but it would also work well in bedrooms, apartments, dorms, studios, or shared living spaces. Perfect for Adding Privacy to a Piano Studio

I Ordered the 2 Panel version which is way too big for my needs... that's on me. So keep in mind that the picture shows a fabric made for two panels only being used on one and hence it is not pulled tight; it would pull tight and not be so wrinkly if it was set up properly as two panels. The metal pools that make up the panels seem to be well made, stable, and of good quality. They were very easy to put together and they stand up tall with plenty of height. The appearance of it with the fabric on it isn't as elegant as it could be, but it still looks good enough. The material is plenty solid, not allowing light through it, and thereby making a solid barrier. I am using it to block the view out the studio door when a student is sitting at the piano to avoid distractions from the hallway. It will allow a student to enter the studio with our distracting the student who is at the piano.

Room Divider That Gives Instant “This Is a Separate Space Now” Energy

The Siebwin 3 Panel Folding Privacy Screen is surprisingly effective at changing the feel of a room without requiring construction, commitment, or somebody yelling about load bearing walls. The 12 foot width gives a substantial amount of coverage, making it useful for creating privacy, dividing open areas, blocking visual clutter, or setting up temporary sections within larger rooms. This saved us a ton of time and money in our new studio and enabled us to create a kitchen and office in one room. The wider feet make a huge difference because flimsy room dividers that collapse every time someone exhales too aggressively are deeply annoying. This one feels more stable and grounded once positioned. The folding design makes it easy to move around or adjust depending on the space, and it folds down relatively compactly when not in use. It's 2 panels holding 1 big privacy screen. Can't use as 2 separate 4' panels, but works great.

This 2 panel privacy screen works well. Assembly was very straight forward, with easily labeled tubes. My son and I had it together in about 10 minutes, which was probably 3 minutes of me telling him to quit playing around and hand me the parts. It feels very sturdy, not likely to fall over or anything. The material fits well, with the Velcro being very strong. Measurements are all very accurate, with all pieces attaching properly. We have a similar privacy screen at work that we have to try and stretch out because the top and bottom Velcro doesn't fit quite right... this model does not have any issues though. The material is thin and light weight, but solid black so that you can't see anything through or behind it. I definitely think it's a great deal for the money. What I think would have given it 5 stars though, is if you had 2 totally separate 4' panels instead of 2 panels with one big screen. It really wouldn't cost any extra to make it so that the screen was in 2 pieces and you could use it as 2 separate panels instead of having to use it as one big panel. It says 2 panel folding privacy screens, but it's really one big one that folds in the middle.

I got the Rose Home 6 panel room divider folding privacy screen and I LOVE it. I use it every day - extending it out to both block the sun, provide a backdrop for my plant wall, use as a backdrop for zoom calls, create privacy at night in front of the big windows and clear doors, and make impromptu study privacy walls in the office. This 6-panel has been the GOAT! Even though the screen is made of a woven paper material, it is still going strong despite daily use and has NOT broken anywhere. The frame is taller than other folding screens I've purchased and this one is also heavier and sturdy. Additionally the hinges fold open in BOTH directions (some screens only fold open in 1 direction like a Z). I use the folding screens indoors, but they have no issue with the AC or fans for wind resistance indoors. Sometimes I use them to hide storage or junk in the corner and make the room look neater. I also have a different brand that is the same material but has 8 panels and I love them both. I got 2 others that were made from synthetic canvas webbing belt/leash fabric and those break so fast - I just had to throw 1 away. This one is worth the money, even after daily use, it looks brand new!
