Kleur: paarsrood, intens en helder
Geur: intens met fruitige aroma’s van pruimen en bessen en kruidige hints.
Smaak: rond, vol en fruitig met aangename tannines en een aanhoudende afdronk met een fijn zoetje.
Wijn-spijs: een goede begeleider van gegrild rood vlees, stoofschotels en harde kazen. Op advies van Vino e Olio is deze wijn fantastisch bij ossenhaas met uien ‘’al balsamico’’.
