BonFeu BonGiano LP Outdoor Fireplace
The BonGiano LP is a wood-burning outdoor fireplace manufactured by BonFeu. It is designed for use on patios and lawns and features a tall chimney structure with a round fire chamber.
The fireplace includes a heat-resistant coating and a detachable spark screen designed to help contain embers and prevent logs from falling forward during operation.
The BonGiano LP is available in two finish options: Black (steel) and Rust (Corten steel).
Material
The BonGiano LP Rust model is manufactured from Corten steel. Corten steel is a weather-resistant alloy that develops a stable surface oxide layer when exposed to outdoor conditions. This layer reduces further corrosion of the underlying material under normal atmospheric conditions. Over time, the surface develops a rust-coloured patina.
The BonGiano LP Black model is manufactured from steel with a heat-resistant coating. When exposed to moisture and outdoor conditions, steel may develop surface wear or rust over time.
Cooking Compatibility
The BonGiano LP can be used as both a fireplace and a cooking unit.
The unit is supplied with a lid that can be removed and replaced with compatible cooking accessories, including:
- Grill grid
- Wok ring
- Plancha plate
The lid can also be inverted and used as a cooking surface. These components are designed to sit securely on top of the fireplace while the fire burns below.
