Adrien Camut Calvados Pays d’Auge 18 Year is a deeply expressive and traditionally crafted apple brandy from one of the benchmark producers of Normandy. The Camut family has earned legendary status among Calvados enthusiasts for its uncompromising approach: estate-grown apples, natural cider fermentation, double distillation in copper pot stills, and patient aging in old oak barrels with minimal intervention.

After eighteen years in cask, the spirit develops remarkable depth and textural complexity while still maintaining the vibrant orchard fruit character that defines great Pays d’Auge Calvados. The nose is layered with aromas of baked apple, roasted pear, honey, walnut, dried flowers, vanilla, leather, spice cake, and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it is rich yet graceful, unfolding with flavors of caramelized orchard fruit, toasted almond, orange peel, baking spice, tea leaf, and polished oak balanced by lifted acidity and a long, savory finish.

What makes older Camut bottlings especially compelling is their ability to remain vividly cider-driven even with extended aging. The oak supports the fruit rather than overpowering it, allowing the spirit’s agricultural origins and sense of place to remain front and center.

This is a contemplative, beautifully mature Calvados that appeals equally to lovers of aged Cognac, Armagnac, and traditional European eau-de-vie.

Pretty funny
Format: Hardcover
The book gives us a more focused outlook on Chieg Wiggum. Full of its funny moments, I`d recomend this to huge Simpsons fans as it seems the shows writers managed to give us another hit.

Not the best, but not the worst either
Format: Hardcover
By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.
