Straight-up male energy formula with Mucuna, DIM, and herbal backups

Axe & Sledge Manpower is a straight-up male performance and hormone support capsule with everything listed out clear. It stacks androgen-boosting plants, libido herbs, dopamine support, and estrogen help all in one daily dose. This isn't testosterone replacement or a stim-packed 'alpha' pill. It's a daily combo to back up your drive, libido, mood, gym motivation, and hormone balance from a few angles, not just one big-name ingredient.

You get 500mg of Tribulus terrestris extract, standardized to 40% saponins from the fruit. That means 200mg of saponins. Real talk, studies on tribulus are hit or miss – it's better for libido and feeling vital than jacking up testosterone big time in healthy young guys. The 500mg is solid, but this 40% standardization isn't as strong as some higher-saponin versions in positive studies, so think of it more for libido and energy than a testosterone superstar.

Mucuna pruriens extract at 500mg as L-Dopa is a cool standout. Mucuna gives you L-Dopa, which your body turns into dopamine. Dopamine is key for motivation, rewards, mood, and guy drive. For stressed or overtrained dudes, Mucuna helps with that inner push and overall pep. This is the one you might feel most – better motivation, mood, and that 'on' vibe after a bit.

Fenugreek extract at 300mg standardized to 50% glycosides is a good add. Fenugreek has some studies showing it helps libido, strength, body comp, and hormone stuff, but it depends on the extract. This dose is in a sweet spot for daily use, especially teamed up with the rest. Saf

A&S Manpower by Axe & Sledge contains 500mg Tribulus Terrestris Extract, a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg Mucuna Pruriens Extract – this one's a game-changer because it delivers L-Dopa, which your body uses to make dopamine. That boosts motivation, mood, rewards, and drive, making it way better than just plain libido herbs.
  • 500mg Tribulus Terrestris Extract at 40% saponins – classic for guys, giving you 200mg saponins per dose. It's solid for libido and feeling good, not so much for huge testosterone jumps, and that's how this formula plays it – real and feel-based.
  • 300mg Fenugreek Extract standardized to 50% glycosides – a strong dose for this go-to ingredient with studies on libido, strength, and body changes. It adds a fresh angle beyond tribulus by helping hormone vibes and that everyday guy energy.
  • 250mg Safed Musli Extract at 50% saponins – old-school Ayurvedic pick for bedroom health, libido, and toughness. In this mix, it rounds out the usual tribulus-fenugreek duo for a fuller traditional boost.
  • 150mg Longjack Extract – worth having because longjack's respected for hormone help, especially when stress and low drive are issues. The dose supports without going overboard, but it deepens the whole setup.
  • 100mg DIM – this turns a basic test booster into something smarter. DIM helps your body handle estrogen better through good pathways, adding balance instead of just piling on guy herbs.
  • 50mg 5a-Hydroxy Laxogenin – a newer player for muscle building and recovery. Studies on people are thin, so it's not the main draw, but it brings a gym edge that others skip.
  • 10mg Black Pepper Extract – small but smart for soaking up the goods. Piperine helps your body grab more from the herbs, which is key in a stacked formula like this.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys grinding tough workouts with long jobs and stress. Mucuna, longjack, and fenugreek combo helps motivation, libido, and guy energy without stims that mess recovery or sleep.
  • Lifters in 30s-40s training hard but not as 'on' lately. Manpower beats basic tribulus with a mix of tribulus, safed musli, longjack, DIM, and Mucuna for old-school and new hormone angles.
  • Dudes using pre-workouts who skip more powders with caffeine. Capsules are easy daily, fit with training supps since it's hormone, libido, and drive focused.
  • Guys who want full labels and every mg shown. Beats vague blends – see tribulus 500mg, Mucuna 500mg, fenugreek 300mg, DIM 100mg clear.
  • Athletes or gym rats wanting libido as much as gains. Leans to guy vitality and bedroom wins with tribulus, safed musli, maca, fenugreek, longjack.
  • Men backing hormone balance with better sleep, body, and stress. 100mg DIM fits for more than just guy herbs – it handles estrogen too.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules as your daily dose. Best for most is with breakfast or lunch – food helps with herbal stacks and keeps it consistent. If you're sensitive, ease in with 1 cap for 2-3 days, then 2, then full 3 to check Mucuna and the herbs.

Capsules mean no mixing – just swallow with water. Not for pre-workout timing, and don't skip non-gym days since it's for steady hormone and guy support. Food's fine and often makes it stick better. Stack with creatine, protein, omega-3s, vitamin D, magnesium, or a pre if you want. Don't mix with other hormone stuff lightly. Run daily for 4 weeks min to check results, store cool and dry, keep it sealed.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days are low-key. No caffeine means no big rush like a pre-workout. Some guys catch mild mood lifts, mental boosts, or day energy early, thanks to Mucuna being more feelable than basic herbs.

By days 4-7, you start feeling it: libido, motivation, and energy are the first wins. Weeks 2-4 are judgment time, since tribulus, fenugreek, safed musli, longjack, maca, and DIM build up daily. If it fits, you get a stronger baseline, not a quick spike. It's steady and depends on your life, not fast and stimmy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Axe & Sledge Manpower designed to do?

Manpower is a daily male vitality and hormone-support formula designed to support libido, drive, motivation, and overall hormonal balance. Its formula combines traditional botanical ingredients like tribulus, fenugreek, safed musli, longjack, and maca with Mucuna pruriens for dopamine support and DIM for estrogen-metabolism support.

How many capsules are in a serving of Manpower?

One full serving is 3 capsules, and each bottle provides 30 servings. That gives you a 30-day supply when used as directed.

Does Manpower contain caffeine or stimulants?

There is no listed caffeine in the verified active formula, so this is functionally a stim-free daily supplement. It is built for hormone and libido support rather than acute energy or pre-workout stimulation.

How long does Manpower take to work?

This is not a same-day “rush” product. Some users may notice mood or drive effects from the 500mg Mucuna pruriens relatively early, but the full formula should be judged after 2-4 weeks of daily use because ingredients like tribulus, fenugreek, longjack, maca, safed musli, and DIM are better assessed through consistent cumulative use.

Is the Tribulus dose in Manpower clinically strong?

Manpower provides 500mg tribulus standardized to 40% saponins, which yields 200mg of saponins. That is a usable inclusion for libido and male vitality support, but it is not among the most aggressive tribulus implementations in the category, especially compared with higher-saponin extracts used in some studies.

Why is DIM included in a men’s formula?

DIM at 100mg supports estrogen metabolism, particularly favorable hydroxylation pathways. In practical terms, that gives Manpower a more balanced hormonal-support strategy instead of only relying on traditional “test booster” herbs.

Can I stack Manpower with a pre-workout?

Yes. Because Manpower has no listed caffeine, it stacks well with a separate pre-workout, coffee, creatine, and protein. It should be treated as a daily hormone-support product, not as your acute training formula.

Is Mucuna pruriens the ingredient most people will actually feel?

Often, yes. Mucuna pruriens provides L-Dopa, a dopamine precursor, so it can be more subjectively noticeable than many standard male-support herbs, particularly in motivation, mood, and drive.

Is Manpower beginner-friendly?

It is more appropriate for intermediate users than complete beginners. Not because it is harsh, but because it is a specialized hormone-support formula that works best for men who know what they are trying to improve and can track results over time.

Does Manpower use a proprietary blend?

No. The label is fully disclosed, which means every ingredient and every dose is listed. That is a major advantage in a category where many products still hide exact amounts behind proprietary blends.

Interesting
Format: Kindle
This was a very captivating book once you got into it thoroughly. But the third person perspective was a bit hard to get used to. But as you got into it and followed the different characters, it was interesting and filled with intrigue, conflict and forbidden love. I can’t wait to read the next one and to complete the series.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
