Redcon1 Fade Out is a straight-up sleep and recovery powder that takes your revved-up nerves and chills them out fast so you feel the difference. This isn't some basic melatonin pill—it's loaded for real results. It layers in calm with melatonin for sleep signals, GABA and theanine to quiet your brain, and herbs like valerian, hops, and chamomile for that extra unwind. The star is 3g GABA, way more than the usual 100-300mg in other stuff. GABA's effects on crossing the blood-brain barrier are debated, but studies show it helps with calm and falling asleep quicker, probably through gut signals and chill vibes. Pair that with 500mg L-theanine, double the normal 100-200mg dose. Theanine gets into your brain, tweaks glutamate and GABA, and boosts alpha waves for that relaxed but clear-headed feel that eases you into sleep.

Melatonin at 5mg is the high end of what works in studies. It hooks onto MT1 and MT2 receptors to kickstart your sleep clock, great for when late workouts, stress, or screens mess with your rhythm.

The herbs are no joke. Valerian 4:1 extract at 600mg and hops 4:1 extract at 300mg are old-school sleep helpers that team up to boost calm signals and s

Key Highlights

  • 3,000mg GABA — that's a huge dose compared to the usual 100-300mg in sleep supps. This one's made to give you that real chill-out feeling, like hitting the brakes on your buzzing nerves.
  • 500mg L-Theanine — over double the typical 100-200mg for stress and sleep. It ramps up alpha brain waves and cuts mental noise without making you feel doped up like some heavy sedatives do.
  • 5mg Melatonin — at the top of the solid dose range for kicking off sleep and fixing your body clock. This helps you nod off quicker, especially after late sessions, trips, screen time, or messed-up schedules.
  • 425mg Magnesium Aspartate — spot-on for what you need in a supp. Magnesium handles tons of body reactions and helps you relax muscles and nerves, shifting you out of that wired mode at night.
  • 35mg Zinc + 6mg Vitamin B6 — that classic combo from ZMA-style stuff. No wild claims here, but it gives real support for recovery, fixing tissues, and better sleep if your diet's lacking.
  • 600mg Valerian 4:1 Extract — a legit herb dose, not just for show. Valerian's been used forever for sleep and works great with melatonin and GABA to help you unwind and actually get to bed.
  • 350mg Chamomile Extract standardized for Apigenin — smarter than plain chamomile. Apigenin is the key calmer in it, and standardizing means you get consistent results every time.
  • 300mg Hops 4:1 Extract — another solid herb to amp up the chill. It pairs nicely with valerian and chamomile, hitting calm from different angles instead of just relying on melatonin.

Who Is This For?

  • Late-night gym goers who end workouts wired mentally but beat physically. 3g GABA, 500mg theanine, 600mg valerian, and 5mg melatonin tackle that exact problem—body ready, brain not.
  • Stressed workers who hit the gym after hours and can't switch off. It covers sleep timing with melatonin and calm with GABA, theanine, chamomile, hops, and magnesium.
  • Bodybuilders in heavy phases who get that gains stall without good sleep. Magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6, and ornithine help recovery, while the calm stack cuts time to sleep after brutal lifts.
  • Fighters and cross-trainers with lingering stress at night. 600mg ornithine fits sleep studies, and the chill ingredients ease that always-on edge.
  • Jet-laggers, shift folks, or anyone with wonky schedules needing more than weak melatonin. 5mg gives strong sleep kickoff, theanine and GABA smooth the ride.
  • Supp vets sick of hidden-dose sleep junk. This shows every ingredient and amount, with real hits of magnesium, GABA, theanine, valerian, and melatonin.

How to Use

Take Fade Out 30-45 minutes before lights out. That timing fits because melatonin needs a lead, and theanine, GABA, valerian, hops, and chamomile build up to chill you. If you're new to sleep stuff, try half first to check morning feel, since 5mg melatonin plus all the calmers can hit hard. Mix in cold water and shake well for this powder. Skip big meals close by—heavy eating can mess with the clean unwind. Don't mix with more melatonin, booze, sleep meds, or other night supps without checking. No need to cycle like stims; sticking with it boosts results since sleep loves routine. Keep it cool and dry, and pair with dark rooms and no screens to amp it up.

What to Expect

In the first 10-15 minutes, it's not a rush but a slow drop in head noise as your routine sets in. By 20-40 minutes, theanine, GABA, and herbs kick in for that chill, less fidgety vibe, with melatonin pushing you toward sleep. Best right before bed, with lights low and screens off. Over a few nights, you'll notice falling asleep quicker, less tossing. In the first week, you might wake up feeling more recharged from consistent rest. After 2-4 weeks, it builds a habit: easier unwinds, less bedtime fight, and steady recovery after grind days.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Redcon1 Fade Out designed to do?

Fade Out is a nighttime sleep and recovery formula designed to help you fall asleep faster, calm mental overstimulation, and support a better recovery environment overnight. Its core sleep stack centers on 3g GABA, 500mg theanine, 600mg valerian extract, 350mg apigenin-standardized chamomile, 300mg hops extract, and 5mg melatonin.

How much melatonin is in Fade Out?

Fade Out provides 5mg melatonin per serving. That is the upper end of the commonly used evidence-based range and is intended to make the sleep-onset effect noticeable, especially for users dealing with late training, travel, or a disrupted sleep schedule.

Is Fade Out a stim-free product?

Yes, the intended use profile is stim-free and nighttime-focused. Despite a metadata inconsistency in the source file, the active formula provided contains no caffeine or classic stimulants; it is built to do the opposite and help you downshift into sleep.

When should I take Fade Out?

Take it 30-45 minutes before the time you want to be asleep. That timing fits the melatonin component and gives the GABA, theanine, magnesium, and botanical extracts time to create a smoother transition into bed.

Will Fade Out make me feel groggy the next morning?

It can if you are highly sensitive to melatonin or if you take it too late. The formula includes 5mg melatonin plus several calming agents, so first-time users should consider starting with a smaller amount to assess tolerance.

Is the magnesium dose in Fade Out meaningful?

Yes. Fade Out contains 425mg magnesium as magnesium aspartate, which sits right in the clinically relevant supplemental range. That is a serious dose for neuromuscular relaxation and nighttime recovery support.

Does Fade Out use a proprietary blend?

No. One of the strongest things about this product is full label transparency. Every active ingredient and dose is disclosed, which is especially valuable in the sleep category where hidden blends are common.

Why are Mucuna pruriens and phenylalanine included in a sleep formula?

They are unusual choices compared with standard melatonin-only sleep aids. Mucuna standardized for L-Dopa may support mood and stress resilience, while phenylalanine is a catecholamine precursor; they are not the primary sleep drivers here, but they give the formula a broader mood-recovery angle.

Can I stack Fade Out with ZMA or extra magnesium?

Usually not necessary. Fade Out already supplies 425mg magnesium, 35mg zinc, and 6mg vitamin B6, so stacking more of the same can push total intake unnecessarily high unless a clinician has advised it.

Is Fade Out better for sleep onset or sleep maintenance?

Its strongest identity is sleep onset and pre-bed nervous-system downshifting. The 5mg melatonin, 3g GABA, and 500mg theanine make it especially well suited for users who struggle to fall asleep because they are still mentally switched on.

I've bought like 20! Love them!!!
Size: Large, Pattern Name: Pack of 1
My dog is obsessed with this ball! Glow in the Dark is super bouncy, easy to spot at night, and tough enough to handle rough play. Perfect for evening fetch sessions—fun for both of us! We have bought about 20 of these so far. I always bring my dog to play fetch at night, and this is perfect if you're playing in a field or beach. Glows in the dark so both you and your dog can see it. The size of the ball is great for my big dog. It is also the perfect type of silicone so that my dog cannot easily tear it apart and chew it, which is GREAT! We do NOT want our dog's ingesting silicone at all. If you have a ball chewer, this ball is perfect and durable. Chewing ability is good and is not too tough but tough enough.

Cane Corso approved....
Size: Large, Pattern Name: Pack of 1
My Cane Corso loves this ball!!! She carries it around in her mouth like a round pacifier. Sometimes I'll wake up with the ball next to my head on my pillow. Lol This is the third one I've bought. She doesn't destroy them at all . Somehow she loses them. Yesterday she had two floating around. Lol. Earlier I gave her one of those hard rubber balls with feet... She destroyed it within minutes. She can skin a tennis ball and chew it in half in about 5 minutes. This ball is by far a favorite toy of her's. And she doesn't chew it to bits . And it glows in the dark which is fun for playing fetch at night. It's very easy to clean. Sometimes I put little snacks inside for her while she's laying down with her ball. I will definitely keep buying these balls everytime we lose one . They make her happy. And that makes me happy.

BEST GLOW BALL! MY COLLIE BLUE HEELER MIX IS OBSESSED
Size: Large, Pattern Name: Pack of 1
Well if I could just say...Mommas a fan too....BUT I think my dog should be the sponsor of CHUCKIT because he owns everything and he BREATHES, DREAMS, RUNS with #chuckit balls!! Since 8wks. old & Now 10 yrs young, BDAY=8.10.26....he wakes up with it in his mouth and falls asleep with IT! I HAVE THEEEE PROOF LOL SERIOUSLY OBSESSED! #chuckit #makemydogyoursponsor WE HAVE EVERY BALL X10 FOR SOME, launchers, bucket o balls , you name it so yeah #obssesedisanunderstatement #bordercollieblueheelermix #HARLEY ♡ nice colors and the durability is amazing 👏 know if you have a chewer I'm not sure because he just likes to catch the ball and then chew it sometimes and then leave it alone, until next time around. But the GLOW BALL just being cewed for so long and the textire is obviously different so it does end up cracking and you throw it away, definitely different rubber but highly recommend them both actually ALL of them👌🎉🥳🫶🏼 my Sisters 2 yr old pit destroyed them in minutes but only FOR PLAY , so IF YOU DONT WANT THAT BALL chewed to pcs. Put it up LOL and oh all of the balls EXCEPT the GLOW BALL stay true to form and durability, for real Harleys had some of them for years!! And nothing wrong with the CHUCKIT ball 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ SIZE is perfect too he love the medium 2.5" ball. Perfect for catching for hrs on end. You also have a choice you can get squeaky, crunchy,or nothing or glow in the dark, 3 sizes to fit your pupper.. .. so many choices and it doesn't have to be a ball you can pick from a ton of toys ' tuggers ,launchers and indoor toys too. As for the Chew resistance...mm touchy...like I said. Aggressive chewer are more likely to tear it up way quicker than the just playing mainly like I want to fetch dog. Either way. I dont purchase any other brand besides chuck it. Has always my pick, like 20+ yrs now lol. Hands down. This is not a paid thing or promoted or whatever. Just felt i should review for chuck it♡ to date has made my dog happy and healthier for years to come♡ thanks

These are great!
Size: Medium, Pattern Name: Pack of 2
My dog loves these and now won't play fetch with any other ball. I love that they glow bright so we can play fetch after I get home from work (it gets dark around 5 now). The dog and I both like that they whistle. They also squish easily and he loves to chomp on them while he runs around. Only reason I took off a star is because he chewed a piece of it off and now it doesn't whistle or fly as far. That being said, it seems to stand up well to all the chomping he does on it. I should not have left him alone with it, I think he held it down and pulled on it. If your dog usually makes it his mission to destroy things I wouldn't leave him alone with it, other than that I absolutely recommend these. Update 12/12/20: I got another dog last year and he also loves these balls. Probably the favorite ball for both dogs, they go into hyperdrive when they see them. New dog tends to be more destructive than the older one and I still don't leave them unattended with these balls, but new dog has not destroyed one. I made the mistake of leaving one in the Chuckit overnight once. Ball was wet from playing in the snow and became lopsided. Now doesn't fly very well but my weird dog still likes it. It is also starting to dry out and crack. None of the other glow balls have done this, I'm assuming it is also from leaving it in the Chuckit overnight. Other than that, these balls are great. I did read a few reviews that said charging them with UV light made them stay brighter for a longer period, but I did not notice a difference in my quick test of this theory. Just keep a good flashlight with you and brighten them up as needed.

Good for night sessions
Size: Medium, Pattern Name: Pack of 1
Picked this up for evening fetch sessions and it’s been a win. It charges up fast, couple minutes under a lamp or in sunlight and it’s good to go, and the glow is genuinely bright, not the sad dim purple some of these put out. Makes it way easier to find in the yard at dusk, and the dog can actually track it. It’s a little on the softer side compared to a regular tennis ball, but durable enough to hold up to my big dog, who is not gentle with toys. Still kicking after plenty of chomping and slobber. Fits a standard Chuckit! launcher perfectly, which is the whole point. Pros: • Glows brightly and clearly in the dark • Charges fast from any light source • Holds up well even with a big, enthusiastic chewer • Fits standard ball-throwing sticks • Great for evening or early-morning fetch Cons: • A bit softer than a regular tennis ball — a determined power-chewer could probably destroy it eventually • Glow fades after a while, so you’ll need to recharge it during long sessions • Only glows if it’s been charged, which is obvious but easy to forget Tips: • Charge it under a bright light or in the sun for a few minutes before heading out • A flashlight works in a pinch if you forgot to charge it • Keep it out of permanent fetch duty — rotate with a regular ball so it lasts longer • Not a chew toy, even though it’s tempting to leave it with the dog Five stars. If you’ve got a dog and a yard, this makes evening fetch actually doable.
