This is a used unit.

Physically this unit is in good condition. It shows some general wear, for example where the text has started to rub off on the faceplate. This unit has no major damage. Please see photos for further details.

This D-20 has one fault which is the floppy disk drive does not work. Unfortunately we have none here which we can swap it with. A synth savvy person could swap it out with another FDD or emulator. The FDD is not essential for the D-20 to function.

Besides the floppy drive, this synth is sounding and functioning as it should.

This unit has had a new memory battery installed for the convenience of the new owner. The key contacts have been cleaned.

This unit will ship in its original Roland case. The case shows some general wear. The middle latch is broken and may need to be replaced. The two side latches are working as they should.

This D-20 is 240V. This means it is ready to plug and play within Australia. If you purchase from overseas you must check your mains power supply and use the correct step-up transformer if needed. Please ask if you have any questions.
Postage:
Standard postage within Australia is free. We have tried to estimate express postage, however if you are in a remote area you may incur extra fees.
International import tax, duty, vat, custom fees or any other charges are not covered by us, nor included in the shipping fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
Returns will only be accepted for manufacture defects / faulty items. Please contact us if you have any problems with your purchase and we will strive to work it out with you.
No returns for faulty floppy disk drive as this has been fully disclosed.

PROTECTION WITH ABSOLUTE EMPATHY & RESPECT
Had an issue with a product I purchased over a year ago along with an Asurion protection plan. Thank God I chose this extended plan. I was waiting for a return ticket you get it repaired and Asurion sent me a full refund. I am so grateful for Asurion and I encourage everyone to get these plans and get the added protection on products NOT made as they once were. We as buyers are terribly taken advantage of with the garbage sent to us that we pay very very high costs of. Asurion has NEVER failed me and the customer service reps are extraordinary and kind and very very respectful.

Dishonest Company
Purchased a Halowview BT7 RV Backup Camera along with the Haloview BTC 129 RV Side Cameras for a little over $550 in September of 2022. Due to a couple of poor reviews on this manufacturer I opted to purchase the 3-year $500-$599 extended warranty for both items at checkout. One of the side cameras went out and when I contacted Asurion they advised me that it was not covered under the warranty that I purchased. They said they will only cover one item at a time on an Amazon order and I was only covered for the $339.57 Backup camera on the order. I tried to point out that I would not purchase a warranty for $500-$599 on something valued at only $339.57. Asurion tried to blame it on Amazon and advised that their terms clearly state they only cover one item per invoice and that I had no warranty on the second item. When questioned about how a consumer is supposed to know this information, they advised that I should have read all their terms on their website. They refused to repair or replace the defective item even after confirming that the policy value was for $500-$599. Total waste of money!

Honored the no lemon policy
3 attempts to repair my sons' Xbox. Took a lot of chats (a few strangely disconnected), a few calls and some pursuasion, but Asurion finally honored the terms of the agreement and refunded my purchase. You need to be aggressive with then though....
