digiGate Technical Information
All digiGate systems come with an Ethernet port as standard and WiFi antenna if selected. POE splitters do not come with a WiFi antenna.
Main unit dimensions: 7cm x 15cm x 3cm
5v 3A Micro USB power from either mains plug or 230-5v transformer & micro usb cable.
digiGate main gate control sends a 1 second pulse, timed pulse (up to 24 hours) or permanent signal (permanent latch command) to the main open input on your gate controller.
digiGate pedestrian control sends a 1 second pulse signal to the pedestrian input on your gate controller.
digiGate Electric Gate system has 1 output to control 1 electric gate. Connections are made to the main gate via terminals 1 & 2 (NO & COM) and pedestrian gate via terminals 6 & 7 (NO & COM).
- Terminal 1: Normally open (NO) - Main Gate
- Terminal 2: Common (COM) - Main Gate
- Terminal 3: Empty
- Terminal 4: Empty
- Terminal 5: Normally closed (NC) - Main Gate
- Terminal 6: Normally open (NO) - Pedestrian gate
- Terminal 7: Common (COM) - Pedestrian gate
Waterproofing
digiGate system and accessories are not waterproof. If there's no space in your gate control enclosure, digiGate should be fitted inside another IP rated waterproof enclosure if it can't be fitted inside a building.
Gate Controller
The gate controller must accept a timer input and have auto closing enabled (which 99% of them already do). Pedestrian control must accept a 1 second pulse signal.
