Are you ready for the strongest and smoothest operating roller rocker arms for your Duramax? Manton offers up this complete kit that will surpass your expectations and allow you to properly build your engine for extreme power and reliability. With more racers hitting the tracks every weekend and power levels continuing to rise, Manton felt it was necessary for an aggressively designed roller rockerarm system. Changes have been made in several areas to improve overall performance of the valvetrain and help increase service life.
With minimization of deflection being the main concern, they incorporated one of their proprietary tool steels into the rockerarm bodies. Further, they use a multi-stage heat treatment process to core harden the bodies. Then, the bodies are nickel plated to prevent any contamination. To aid in lashing the valves a simpler process, they have broached the adjusting screws to accept an allen wrench, instead of the slot for a flat head screwdriver. Manton's Top Fuel proven pin and roller combination on the valve side are integrated, which reduces side thrust on the valve by removing the scrubber from the rockerarm. Going away from the shoe style rockerarm required a conversion of the geometry theory, allowing them to keep the factory rockerarm ratios and utilize the existing camshaft.
During the development stage of this rockerarm, it was determined that the aluminum head could use a girdle to help strengthen the head against deflection caused by cylinder pressure. Thus, Manton incorporated a heat treated 0.250 wall chromoly rockerarm shaft, to provide the needed support. While aiding the cylinder head, it also features full time oiling grooves. This groove prevents the rockerarm from shutting the oil pressure off to the pushrod as it starts to open the valve, like with an OEM style shaft. As with all heavy wall shafts from Manton, they've used a threaded shaft plug on each end, to prevent any worn or poorly fitting press plugs from compromising the seal.
Furthermore, Manton includes higher grade ARP twelve point bolts with washers for a secure fit. To match these bolts, you'll also get 12 point ARP poly-lock jam nuts to keep everything secure. Overall, you'll gain a massive upgrade in dependability to the powertrain as a whole.

Great Product, 2 years and running!
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
It’s been almost 2 years and my dogs haven’t destroyed them yet. I have a Pitbull and a Pit/Cosro mix. They destroy every toy we’ve given them, except these toys. Great product 100% worth the money

Perfect for HEAVY chewers
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
My dog is a heavy chewer. Destroys everything that’s not very hard rubber, hard plastic, or hard material. He LOVES this ball. I think it’s his favorite. Plus, it bounces great so you can play with your dog. Very well constructed- probably indestructible or will at least last a very long time. Easily worth the money.

The only toy my dogs can’t destroy and love
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
I am thrilled to have found one toy my dogs don’t destroy immediately. They have torn up Fenrir hammers, the black kongs of all sizes, the monster k9 stick, nylabones, and they don’t like the goughnut at all (it stinks like a bad tire). This is the first one they both love and haven’t been able to destroy immediately. It does allow little tooth marks, but that’s what makes it fun for them. They are very happy playing with it and I’d say this one was worth every dollar.
Update Months Later: We’ve gone through 2/3 now. I got two initially, and one has lasted long term. They still haven’t completely destroyed it. They did destroy a second one quickly so I suspect a flaw in it. They sent me a new one and they took a while, but they did destroy the third to the point we had to throw it away. Despite that, one still remains and our dogs still love it. It’s still the best for the money compared to others. We have two Bully XL’s that are each close to 100 pounds.

Indestructible
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
This is actually indestrutible! Be careful though, it's wicked hard/heavy. It isn't a ball you want banging into things. Use outside!!

Not indestructible, but the best I’ve found
Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable, Color: Onyx Black - Most Durable
This thing is unexpectedly heavy for its size. My 18 month old Giant Schnauzer is obsessed with fetch but destroys every ball she gets. The other brands marketed for extreme chewers tend to last about a day or two before they’re totally shredded. She’s had this one for about 2 weeks and it’s looking rough, but still holding together for the most part. I appreciate that as it comes apart it does so in little pieces rather than large chunks. While it’s far from indestructible, it’s the strongest I’ve found so far.
