Handcrafted in Japan using traditional techniques, the Yoshihiro VG-10 Semi-Stainless Steel Mirror Finished Yanagi Sashimi Knife features a completely flat ground front (shinogi) and a concave ground back (urasuki) with a flat rim (uraoshi). The hardness of the VG-10 semi-stainless steel allows skilled artisans to create a thin, sharp cutting edge, resulting in an exceptional tool for any chef. The knife is equipped with a handmade ebony wood handle adorned with triple rings, providing a lightweight and well-balanced feel.
