Processo: Le uve vengono pressate in maniera soffice ed il mosto subisce la chiarifica statica. Successivamente viene fermentato in serbatoi dacciaio ad una temperatura

Del Pinot Grigio colpiscono le brillanti sfumature giallo paglierino ed i sentori di pera matura, pepe bianco ed un tocco di salvia. Corposo nella sua mineralitá, vanta una sapidità bilanciata ed un'inaspettata persistenza al palato. Un vino di carattere e dall'abbinamento versatile.

Processo: Le uve vengono pressate in maniera soffice ed il mosto subisce la chiarifica statica. Successivamente viene fermentato in serbatoi d´acciaio ad una temperatura controllata di 20°C. Il vino poi affina per alcuni mesi sui propri lieviti in contenitori inox.

Abbinamenti: Da proporre come aperitivo, con primi piatti di pasta, formaggi freschi, pesce grigliato, fondute e soufflées.

PEZZATURA: Bottiglie da 0.75 Litri.

PROVENIENZA: Trentino.

UVA: 100% Pinot Grigio.
