It was made to use as a cozy throw blanket or a protective layer for your COOLMAX® weighted blanket. This duvet will protect your weighted blanket during use and is easily removed to clean. We recommend washing in cool or warm water, and drying on a low tumble dry.

The Faux Faur Cozy Throw + Duvet has been constructed with the same quality craftsmanship as our blankets. We paid particular attention to providing a high quality zipper and durable ties to ensure ease in attaching your COOLMAX blanket to the duvet.
TIP: when picking up the duvet with the blanket inside, make sure you are holding the duvet and the weighted blanket securely within your grip.
SIZE:
Our weighted blankets are about the size of a twin blanket. With larger blankets, like a Queen or King size, the weight is wasted on the bed instead of the person receiving the benefit. Our personal-sized blankets are also easier to handle.

USAGE
FOR BETTER SLEEP:
It may take a few nights to get used to the weight and change old patterns. We recommend you try sleeping with your blanket for at least a week and in a few different ways to see how your body is best comforted.
○ Place the weighted blanket on top of your comforter, covering your whole body from chest to toes.
○ Use the weighted blanket on top of your sheet, with no comforter.
○ Place the weighted blanket on only the LOWER half of your body.
○ Place the weighted blanket on only the UPPER half of your body.
○ Use the weighted blanket on top of your sheet, with no comforter.
○ Place the weighted blanket on only the LOWER half of your body.
○ Place the weighted blanket on only the UPPER half of your body.
FOR ANXIETY:
Cover yourself with your weighted blanket. Then, intentionally notice each part of your body.
○ Start with your feet - notice the pressure of the blanket on your feet.
○ Notice your knees - sometimes squeezing your knees together can help you “get in” your body more.
○ Notice the pressure of the blanket on your torso.
○ Notice the feeling of the weight on your chest and shoulders.
RETURNS
TO RETURN YOUR BLANKET:
1. Make sure your blanket is COMPLETELY CLEAN.
Unclean blankets will be assessed a $25 cleaning fee. When in doubt, please wash your blanket before returning.
2. Package the blanket for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a USPS flat-rate priority box - it's the cheapest shipping method. Include the billing name and order number on the outside of the box. (Boxes without this information will delay the refund.)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED BLANKETS. Blankets postmarked later than 30 days from delivery will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt. The funds may take 2-10 business days to transfer.

Not really what I paid for.

I have two major chewer dogs, and one of REALLY chews on everything. It’s super difficult not spending an average of $50 every 2-4 months on chew toys because they go through them so fast.
When I got my first boy I saw his chewing habits so I looked for a durable chew toy brand. Nylabone was everyone’s favorite so I tried two or three chew toys for him after attempting other brands. He’s six years old and this past Christmas I JUST threw away his very first chew bone. It lasted over 5 years. I was ecstatic after year one! A heavy duty chew toy brand that actually did was promised!
Naturally I stuck with Nylabone, never having an issue with any of their toys until this one. Cheeseburger bacon flavored/scented was my go to for this second puppy I just got with the same, if not more, super chewing habits. He loves trying to steal our bacon and burgers so I’m like, “Okay. I’ll try this one.”
It arrives, I open it. It smells like freshly burnt rubber from tires and neither of my boys will touch it. I’m also wondering how this can be durable if I can literally bend without trying much. I’m overly concerned with them digesting it and will probably toss it in the trash since my youngest boy has stomach issues already and doesn’t need this thing irritating it.
In short, if you think yours will smell like bacon burger go for it. Just make sure your dog isn’t a super canine chewer because I doubt this thing would last an hour with even one of my dogs and that’s if they would actually touch it.
