Our 5/8" wide Biothane safety collar is made for the working dog, whatever that work may be. This type of collar was originally designed for hunting dogs but has become popular for any off leash working or active dog. The center ring adds flexibility to the collar and creates a pivot point that, when worn correctly, will allow the collar to bend and flip over the dog’s head if it gets snagged on something and the dog tries to back out.
This collar is perfect for cats, puppies and small sized dogs on the go, or if you prefer a thinner collar on your larger dog. It's waterproof, easy to keep clean, and doesn't hold odors. It has a look and feel much like leather, yet it is vegan.
Custom fit to your pet's neck size and many hardware color options to choose from ensures you get the perfect collar!
Sizing: Safety collars should be worn a bit looser than a regular collar. Refer to our how to measure your pet page for the best way to measure. The collar will have the middle hole set to the measurement you choose.
Materials: This collar is make from standard weight Biothane and has a belt buckle style closure. The black, rose gold, and rainbow buckles are plated and may chip overtime. For the water loving pet, we recommend the stainless steel or brass for maximum durability.
