Al palato è fresco, sapido, allettante.Il Piemonte Chardonnay DOC di Scrimaglio è un bianco piacevolmente articolato; fermentato a una temperatura di 18/20 °C, così da esaltarne i profumi varietali, e lasciato, poi, riposare per alcuni mesi sui lieviti, allo scopo di migliorarne complessità e longevità, è imbottigliato previo assemblaggio con il 5-15% della vendemmia precedente, affinata in barrique. Invitante come pochi altri.
Ottimo in abbinamento a piatti a base di pesce, può accompagnare sia i primi che i secondi.
