Viva Complete Minerals is a no-nonsense multimineral setup that sticks to the basics: hitting the minerals that affect your daily vibe without sneaky blends or over-the-top doses. It's not some hype machine for workouts. It's built to back up the stuff that keeps you moving, recovering, handling energy, building bones, and making key hormones work right.

The star here is magnesium at 300mg, mixed in different forms. Magnesium is huge for your body—it helps over 300 enzyme reactions. It keeps ATP stable (that's your cell's energy source), handles nerve and muscle signals, and is key for turning food into energy and making DNA/RNA. Adults need about 310-420mg a day, so 300mg is a solid chunk, almost covering your full needs from this alone. You'll probably notice it most with better muscle chill-out, less low-magnesium drag, and steadier days.

Zinc comes in at 10mg, blended forms. That's right under the usual 11mg daily for guys and solid for enzyme work, immune boosts, protein building, and fighting oxidation. Smart move: they didn't just dump zinc in. It's matched with 1mg copper because too much zinc can mess with copper over time. This setup keeps things balanced and shows they thought about how minerals play together, not just flashy labels.

Thyroid support is a big win too. Iodine at 75mcg from potassium iodide gives half your daily need without going overboard. Iodine is what your body uses to make T4 and T3 thyroid hormones, while selenium at 50mcg as L-selenomethionine supports selenoproteins including iodothyronine deiodi

Key Highlights

  • 300mg Magnesium — this is the main player and what you'll feel most in your daily grind. It keeps ATP stable (your energy currency), handles nerve-muscle chats, and powers hundreds of reactions—solid dose when lots of mineral supps skimp here.
  • 75mcg Iodine as Potassium Iodide — a chill, everyday dose for thyroid basics, not some mega blast. It's the building block for T4 and T3 hormones that run your metabolism, so it's gotta be there.
  • 50mcg Selenium as L-Selenomethionine — a top form teamed up smart with iodine. It helps enzymes turn T4 into active T3, so you're supporting the full thyroid process, not just half.
  • 10mg Zinc plus 1mg Copper — smart combo instead of lone-wolf zinc that can throw things off. Zinc backs immune stuff, protein making, and antioxidants, while copper keeps balance in oxidation, tissue building, and iron handling.
  • 3mg Boron — killer dose choice, hitting the sweet spot of 3-10mg from studies. It works with other minerals, tweaking vitamin D and magnesium use for bones and inflammation control.
  • 2mg Manganese — right at a useful level for protecting mitochondria (your cell powerhouses) from damage and helping tissues. It's the core of MnSOD, the enzyme that fights superoxide in there.
  • 25mcg Chromium as Picolinate — a go-to form, but kept light. Studies on blood sugar use way more, so think of this as basic coverage, not a full sugar-control tool.
  • 400 IU Vitamin D3 — a low-key add that pairs with magnesium and boron for mineral handling and bone support. Not a huge vitamin D hit, but it ties the mineral team together nicely.

Who Is This For?

  • Folks with okay diets but not spot-on, especially skipping magnesium foods like greens, beans, nuts, and whole stuff. That 300mg magnesium makes it great for real support from one daily supp, not weak sauce.
  • Active types sweating from weights, runs, jobs, or busy days, wanting mineral backup without full hydration stacks. Magnesium, zinc, traces help enzymes, nerves, muscles, and recovery for all that action.
  • People eyeing bone strength and long-game structure, beyond just calcium focus. Vitamin D3, magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, boron all chip in for mineralization, tissues, and mineral flow.
  • Users after basic thyroid nutrients, not heavy stims. Iodine feeds T4/T3 making, selenium helps T4-to-T3 flip—solid daily base for thyroid vibes.
  • Dieters or body-focused folks in low-calorie cuts, guarding nutrients when food drops. Covers common shorts like magnesium and zinc for function and workout toughness.
  • Over-40 adults wanting balanced daily minerals. Magnesium, boron, zinc, copper, vitamin D fit aging needs like bones, muscles, and nutrient coverage without overload.

How to Use

Pop Viva Complete Minerals once a day per the label, best with food. Meals help stomach tolerance, and fat fits the vitamin D3. No exact form or directions in data, so don't go over or guess—follow the bottle. If minerals bug you, start with your biggest meal and check how it sits for a few days before switching times. No need for workout timing—it's for steady support, not quick energy or pumps. Stacks great with creatine, protein, omegas, and wellness basics, but watch overlaps with solo magnesium, zinc, selenium, or vitamin D to avoid extras. On thyroid meds, antibiotics, or mineral-sensitive stuff? Space it per doc advice since minerals can tweak absorption. Good for daily— no stim issues, no need to cycle. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight for freshness.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days? Nothing wild, which is good—no hype rush or drop, just minerals doing their thing quietly. Week one, some folks feel better handling stress, less low-magnesium signs, or steadier vibes, but it's not about instant kicks. By weeks 2-4, it's the routine that shines: solid magnesium, trace coverage, and boosts for enzymes and hormones. Thyroid stuff like iodine and selenium builds slow, based on what you had before—not day-one wow. Boron adds up too, especially with vitamin D and minerals. Rewards steady use with real expectations. It's about upgrading your nutrient base, not a short-term feel.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Viva | Complete Minerals designed to do?

It is a daily multimineral formula designed to support core physiological systems that depend on adequate mineral intake, especially muscle and nerve function, thyroid pathways, enzyme activity, antioxidant defense, and bone-related mineral metabolism. The formula centers around 300mg magnesium, balanced trace minerals, iodine, selenium, boron, and vitamin D3 rather than trying to be an all-in-one megadose multivitamin.

Is 300mg of magnesium a strong dose?

Yes. The commonly referenced daily intake range for magnesium is roughly 310-420mg, so 300mg is a meaningful supplemental amount and one of the strongest features of this formula. It is substantial enough to matter, especially for users whose diets are not consistently rich in magnesium-containing foods.

Why are iodine and selenium included together?

Because they support different steps of the same thyroid pathway. Iodine is required to build thyroid hormones, while selenium is required for the deiodinase enzymes that convert T4 into the active hormone T3, making the pairing much more intelligent than including either one in isolation.

Is the selenium dose high enough for thyroid support?

It is best described as foundational rather than therapeutic. Selenium is included at 50mcg as L-selenomethionine, while many targeted thyroid studies use 100-200mcg, so this product supports baseline selenium status and thyroid-related nutrient coverage rather than acting like a high-dose thyroid protocol.

Does this product contain a proprietary blend?

No. The formula is fully disclosed, which means you can see each listed active and its dose directly on the label. That level of transparency is valuable in the mineral category, where vague blends and undisclosed totals make it hard to judge quality.

Is the chromium dose high enough for blood sugar support?

Not in the way higher-dose chromium products are typically positioned. Viva includes 25mcg chromium picolinate, while the most common research range for glucose-focused outcomes is 200-1000mcg, so this is better viewed as basic nutritional inclusion than a dedicated insulin-sensitivity formula.

Can I take this with a multivitamin or separate magnesium?

You can, but you should total overlapping ingredients first. Magnesium, zinc, selenium, and vitamin D are all common in other products, so the smart approach is to review your full stack and avoid unnecessary duplication.

When should I take Viva | Complete Minerals?

Take it daily with a meal unless the label instructs otherwise. Minerals are often better tolerated with food, and taking the product consistently matters far more than any specific time of day because this is a foundational formula rather than an acute-effect supplement.

Will I feel anything right away?

Probably not in a dramatic sense. This is not a stimulant or pump formula; it works by improving mineral intake and supporting the systems that rely on those nutrients, so the benefits are usually subtle and cumulative over days to weeks.

Is this a good formula for bone health?

It is a solid foundational bone-support formula because it includes vitamin D3, magnesium, boron, manganese, zinc, and copper, all of which contribute to mineral metabolism or structural support. It is not a dedicated high-calcium bone product, but its broader mineral logic is strong.

Love this book!!!
A pregnancy must have! Every day you get to follow along with what your baby is going through. I was so excited not to have to wait for the week mark to read something new. I loved the pictures and advice and information about what baby and I were experiencing and each time a new symptom came alone I opened this book and it would address that topic on that day. I highly recommend it for first time mom-to-be.

Perfect!
Great book for just what you need if you are a first time mom or dad. Lets you take in all of the overwhelming information that comes with parenthood in easy to bite pieces with pictures and captions. Very appealing to the eye and easy to put down and pick up whenever you have time. Does not go into a lot of detail on most things, just gives an overview and pointer for almost any question or concern a new parent might have. If you need more information because of your situation you can then seek it elsewhere.

Wonderful book
This is the best baby book ever in my opinion. It's very detailed and informative but the way it's set up doesn't make it overwhelming. Also, this book has lots of beautiful, colorful, bright pictures in it. I purchased this book along with Pregnancy Day by Day. I definitely recommend this book!

Perfect Replacement for Loofahs
Scent: White with Green Edge
I really like these myHomeBody Dual-Textured Exfoliating Washcloths. Where other options only have the roughness, this set has a soft side and a rough side. Having the soft side not only increases how far soap goes (these produce a ton of suds!), but also makes the towels easier to grip and use. The rough side is the perfect roughness for replacing loofahs, and is great for exfoliating and managing things like keratosis pilaris. I am so happy with these! I am definitely ordering more.

My new washcloth every time I shower at home or the gym
Scent: Gray
I initially used an Axe loofa with the scrub pad on one side and a plastic mesh on the other. However, I also wanted a washcloth to clean crevices such as ears, toes, and *other* parts. This product marries the two parts I want (cloth/scrub). The cloth side is soft for cleaning inside the ears, on eyelids, etc., and the scrub side is perfect for the rest of my skin and makes it smooth and healthy-looking. I use a fresh one every time I shower so there is no bacteria growth, and I use it when showering after gym workouts. Also, there's a loop on them so they can hang from the water handle when you're not using it. I wash them with my regular laundry without damage to my clothes from the scrub side; just let them dry completely before placing them in the hamper so mold doesn't grow. I've had them for 6 months and they still look new, so it's worth the extra $ for that reason. My only suggestion is that they offer to sell them in packs of 5 or 7 at a lower price per washcloth, so it's cheaper to buy a week's set in one purchase.
