- 1 x Tub Honey Or Jam (30g)
- 1 x Bag Roasted Almonds or Hazelnuts (56g)
- 1 x Envelope Vitamin C Fortified Fruit Juice Powder (30g)
- 1 x Envelope Tea Or Instant Coffee Or Instant Broth
- 4 x Bags Sugar
- 1 x Packet Dark Chocolate
- 1 x Chemical Ration Heater

Please note: These are military spec rations and as such are only ever printed 3 years in date where they may be close to their expiration but of course these are all designed to be safely eaten for 20+ years which makes them the ideal basis of your food supplies.
