ディテールの秘密は「墨入れ仕上げ」

リアルなディテールの決め手となるのが、墨入れ仕上げです。
墨と呼ばれるインクを表面に湿布し、ひとつひとつ布で拭き取ることで、凹凸部分に陰影が残ります。
隙間に墨が残り、モールド（型）の明暗がはっきりと出ることで、楽器モチーフに深みが増します。
職人の手作業のため、墨の残り方には個体差が生まれますが、それも手仕事ならではの表情です。
