G Patches last forever!  There are three main problems impacting the strength and longevity of standard adhesives and patches.  Our G Patch has been tested successfully to withstand all three problems when repairing a container:

·         Weather.  Many, if not most containers, are outside and must withstand weathering.  Standard adhesives and patches simply don’t handle weather well.  Our Tech-Patches have been tested and proven to withstand even the harshest weather conditions.

·         Resistance to chemicals.  Tanks hold water, gas, oil, other hydrocarbons and many other chemicals.  Adhesives and common patch material do not hold up long-term to hydrocarbons and many other chemicals.  Our Tech-Patches were created to solution these issues and create the resistance necessary to hold up against chemical supplies in various sizes and shapes of containers.

·         Permanence.  Many, if not most, adhesives provide temporary solutions.  If you think that your container will have to be replaced soon, why not try one of our Tech-Patch bonding solutions.  Patches need to be permanent.  Tech-Patches do just that – they create a permanent bonding solution to repair the cracks or holes in your tanks or containers.

G Patches are not resistant to gasoline, diesel or aromatic fuels (high octane/cetane formulations). Refer to our A Patches which support patching for tanks and containers which carry gasoline, diesel or aromatic fuels.

 

How to use the G Patch:

·         Bond the darker side of the G Patch onto the damaged side of the tank.

·         With the G Patch, any hole or crack in either plastic or metal gas tanks will be PERMANENTLY sealed.
