Punarnava is helpful for kidney health as it helps to manage water retention and supports
kidney function by removing excess fluids and toxins from the body. It might be useful for
managing liver problems due to its antioxidant activity which prevents liver cell damage caused by free radicals Punarnava also helps increase urine production due to its diuretic activity and reduces the risk of urinary complications.

Bhuiamlaki or Chanca Piedra Phyllanthus niruri is best known as a potential kidney cure —which is how it earned the name “stone breaker.” Chanka piedra is an alkaline herb, that helps reduce bacteria that cause ulcers and slow hepatitis B infections.
