This is a medium sized tofu mold made of durable plastic measuring 5 inches by 4 inches, with a depth of 3 inches. It is durable, reusable and is dishwasher safe. It makes a large slab / block of tofu weighing up to 2 lbs (depending on firmness). Includes one re-usable cheese cloth that measures 15 inches by 15 inches. The cheese cloth is re-usable and machine washable. Be sure to wash the cheesecloth with bleach between each use.
