Der Brewista Artisan Gooseneck Variable Kettle ist der Standard-Wasserkocher für Pour-Over-Setups: präziser Schwanenhals-Auslauf, gradgenau einstellbare Temperatur 40–100 °C, LCD-Anzeige und Warmhalte-Funktion — bei 1 L Volumen perfekt für 2–3 Tassen pro Aufguss.

Der Schwanenhals-Auslauf ist schmal genug, um den Wasserstrahl präzise auf den Mahlguts-Mittelpunkt zu setzen — die Voraussetzung für gleichmäßige Extraktion bei Hario V60, Origami Dripper, Kalita Wave oder Chemex. Die variable Temperatur-Kontrolle (40–100 °C in 1-°C-Schritten) lässt dich die optimale Brüh-Temperatur für jede Bohne wählen — 90–94 °C für mittlere Röstungen, 85–88 °C für helle Single Origins.

Das LCD-Display zeigt Soll- und Ist-Temperatur in Echtzeit. Die Warmhalte-Funktion hält das Wasser bis zu 60 Minuten konstant auf der gewählten Temperatur — ideal für mehrere aufeinanderfolgende Bezüge. 1 L Volumen aus rostfreiem Edelstahl mit Beschichtung in deiner Farbe — Black, White, Matte Black, Matte White, Stainless Steel, Candy Green oder Candy Blue (Ukraine-Edition, Erlös teilweise an Ukraine-Hilfe).
