Our lids feature super heavy duty medical grade self-healing injection ports, and we seal each hole with high temperature silicon. Each lid comes with a reusable silicon gasket ring for an airtight seal. This type of lid must be left a 1/4 turn open when pressure cooking, and fully tightened when cooled.- 1/2" heavy duty self-healing injection port

Functional. Be careful when tightening nuts...strips very easy
Quality is questionable. The poles will strip way to easy. So be careful when fighting down. I had to use a stack of washers on top of wire to keep the nut tight. As far as functionality goes ..been doing great for over a month.

Inexpensive part and YouTube knowledge lead to quick fix

Solenoid went out on boat. After viewing multiple videos on YouTube I figured that my solenoid was bad. Ordered this and received a day later. Replaced the other one and this worked perfectly.

Worked perfectly!
Size: 96158T-1PCS
Have an older Mercury 40hp 2 stroke. This Solenoid worked perfectly. It is not that easy to install, due to the design of the engine. It does require a bit of patient and the right tools to do it. If you have big hands and don't do this type of repair to often, call a friend that is better than you to get some help :)
I have an older engine but it runs like charm. I will order an extra Solenoid and place in the box of "important spare parts" for the future.
Very good experience for the purchase and overall quality of the part.
