These are Prosecco wines made in traditional fashions, including the tappo spago cork closure, a symbol of their desire to move forward while never forgetting their heritage.
Appearance: A straw yellow in colour with hints of green.
Nose: Fruity green apple and white flowers.
Palate: Dry and velvety, fresh, vibrant and fruity, full-bodied, excellent acidity and long-lasting flavour.
About the wine: Millesimato simple means from a single vintage (at least 85% of the Glera grapes have to be from the same harvest). Organic grapes are used for this Prosecco where all production methods are all vegan.
