1. HARVESTING- Foxtail Millet is grown organically without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The millet plants are allowed to mature and develop their grains fully before harvesting. This ensures that the grains are at their nutritional peak

5. DRYING- The flattened millet flakes are dried in controlled temperature to remove the excess moisture. This extends their shelf life and ensures that they remain crisp and retain their texture.
