Storage: Best kept above 10°C like in a pantry, as coldness speeds up seeding of crystals. This hunny certainly doesn't like being cold, so if it's sub 10°C in your house, store in the hot water cupboard.  

Fixing any crystals
Should this honey crystalise or go a little cloudy, please be aware this is not a flaw, but a natural process that happens to all honey products. It's just a sure sign that you're not eating enough of it. To remove crystals, tip out the liquid contents out of the bottle into a pot and gently heat for 2-5 minutes. Stir well, and do not bring to a boil, as that removes more liquid, leaving more crystals. Leave to cool down before pouring the honey back into the jar.
