Notes from Owner, Alex White: This one is pretty lush, we opened it recently and it started like fresh orange juice. But almost over the top like Orange Julius! Some more time with oxygen though and it evolved towards what I remembered when tasting it for the first 5 times, a dance of different sour and citrus notes, delicate but pronounced, this one was very unique. Never tasted anything like it really. Many producers shy away from la Castilla precisely because it is sour (agrio) and doesn't produce much sugar. And sure this one came out at 45% ABV, but it's not at all a thin body, quite the contrary. Big in character too, it goes on and on and morphs into different experiences every time you try it. Enjoy.
