Pro-Tip: To maximize your cutting speed in wood, switch to the highest orbital setting (Setting 2). This adds a circular motion to the blade stroke that aggressively clears chips. For clean, spark-reduced cuts in thick metal pipe, switch the orbital action off (Setting 0) and use a lower speed on the variable dial to keep the blade cool.
