How To Use
To apply, use the wand applicator and gently sweep the wand across the brow line in short strokes to give the appearance of natural hairs. This will allow you to determine the desired thickness or thinness of the brow. Apply additional coats for deeper color.

Removal
At the end of the day, blinc Eyebrow Mousse is easily removed, only when you are ready, with any gentle makeup remover.
