Common use:
Support healthy blood sugar levels already within normal range; herbal antioxidant; helps flush and maintain kidney and urinary tract health; soothes gastrointestinal distress.
Suggested directions:
To prepare as an “instant tea”: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ¼ to ½ teaspoonful of powder. Drink 1-2 cups of tea daily. If desired add honey and/or lemon to suit taste.
