They are easy eaters and will readily accept almost anything fed to them. They do not have very stringent water condition requirements and mostly just require routine water changes, but are sensitive to sudden changes in water conditions.

Temperature Range – 24 – 30 °C
pH Range – 5.5– 7.5
Special Requirements - The Ram prefers lighting to be subdued and this will help them become less timid. They like surface plants and this can help encourage them to breed. The water should be kept soft for the Ram to thrive.
Tanks Mates and Compatibility - These little cichlids are timid fish and tank mates should be chosen to compliment this. If any tank mates are too boisterous, the Ram will hide perpetually and will not thrive.
Feeding - Rams are omnivores, eating both vegetable and animal foods. They take any sort of small live food and will eat most prepared foods with few problems. When kept over a sand substrate they spend hours sifting the sand through their gills filtering out any food bits they find.

A great resource to help me win in real estate investing!

I've been in real estate for many years at this point and have owned both single-family and multifamily properties from $100k to $20M, and this book is an incredible tool and resource for me! I've never seen a book cover Asset Management in such detail or clarity. Easy to read but still packed with useful information to help me win in real estate. I wish this book existed when I first got into the game! Thankfully it does now. Thanks to the authors for putting this out there to give me the edge that I needed.

I've read over 10 real estate-related books, and this has been hands down THE best real estate book for new and experienced Asset Managers. What an amazing resource on Asset Management

I found the book to be full of great ideas on managing the Asset and Property Manager. I will definitely be a companion as I continue to grow in this space.
I would have given the book five stars; however, many of the links to the websites are no longer working.
