Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Cancellations made within seven days of the workshop are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to move your booking to another agreed workshop date where possible.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and we won’t be able to offer a refund or reschedule, as materials and spaces are prepared in advance. In exceptional circumstances, transfers may be offered at our discretion.
