It provides 300 mcg iodine per 2 drops (200% Recommended intake) or 150 mcg iodine per 1 drop (100% Recommended intake).
Iodine aids in the maintenance of normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous system function, normal skin, normal thyroid hormone production and function, and normal cognitive function.
Directions
Shake well before use. Adults: 2 drops daily. Add the recommended drops to a glass (250ml) of water or juice.
