Black Magic Supply | BM BZRK Overdrive | 40 Servings7. 7g Citrulline, 1. 5g Nitrosigine, 375mg high stim focus Black Magic BZRK Overdrive Preworkout Voodoo Edition is built as a high stim, pump forward, focus driven pre workout with a secondary layer of daily performance support. The formulation strategy is clear: create a strong acute training experience through nitric oxide support, cellular hydration, and cognitive stimulation, while also including ingredients like creatine monohydrate, betaine

7.7g Citrulline, 1.5g Nitrosigine, 375mg high-stim focus

Black Magic BZRK Overdrive Preworkout Voodoo Edition is built as a high-stim, pump-forward, focus-driven pre-workout with a secondary layer of daily performance support. The formulation strategy is clear: create a strong acute training experience through nitric oxide support, cellular hydration, and cognitive stimulation, while also including ingredients like creatine monohydrate, betaine anhydrous, and branched-chain amino acids that contribute to performance and training quality over repeated use. This is not a bare-bones caffeine product. It is a fully disclosed formula designed to make a hard session feel sharper, fuller, and more repeatable.

At a full 2-scoop serving, L-Citrulline provides 7,714mg, which lands directly in the clinically relevant range used in performance and blood-flow research. Citrulline is converted to arginine in the kidneys more effectively than oral arginine itself, which helps drive nitric oxide production through the arginine-NO pathway. Meta-analytic evidence supports citrulline for blood pressure reduction and exercise performance support, with effective daily ranges commonly landing around 3-8g. In the gym, that translates to better blood flow, a fuller pump, and improved tolerance for repeated hard efforts.

Nitrosigine at 1,500mg is a standout inclusion. This patented inositol-stabilized arginine silicate is one of the better-researched branded pump and focus ingredients in the category, with evidence supporting improved blood flow and cognitive performance. It complements citrulline by supporting nitric oxide through a distinct arginine-delivery mechanism, helping this formula feel more complete than pump formulas relying on a single pathway.

GlycerPump provides 2,571mg of 65% glycerol powder per 2 scoops, a strong dose for hyperhydration and cell volumization. This is the ingredient that helps muscles feel denser and fuller when the session gets underway, especially when water intake is adequate. Agmatine sulfate at 428.5mg adds another layer to the pump complex, often used to support nitric oxide signaling and nutrient partitioning. Betaine anhydrous at 2,143mg sits right near the 2.5g level often studied for power output, work capacity, and body composition support, making it a meaningful inclusion rather than label decoration.

Creatine monohydrate at 4,286mg per full serving is excellent for a pre-workout. It is just shy of the common 5g daily target and meaningfully contributes to phosphocreatine replenishment, strength output, and repeated sprint or repeated set performance. The BCAA component is leucine 2g with valine and isoleucine at 1g each. This is not a full protein replacement, but it does support training in fasted states and adds a small muscle-preservation and training-support angle, with leucine being the key trigger for muscle protein synthesis signaling.

On the cognitive side, L-Tyrosine at 1,286mg is a solid performance-focused dose for catecholamine support under stress. That matters in high-effort training when mental drive starts to drop. Kanna at 429mg gives this formula a distinct mood-focus character compared with standard high-stim pre-workouts, and Lion’s Mane fruiting body powder at 400mg rounds it out with a nootropic angle aimed at mental clarity rather than pure stimulation. The listed caffeine is 375mg per full serving, firmly placing this in high-stim territory.

The synergy is where the formula earns its identity: citrulline, Nitrosigine, agmatine, and glycerol create a layered pump system; creatine and betaine support force production and repeated effort; caffeine, tyrosine, kanna, and lion’s mane shape the mental side of the session. Transparency is another real strength. There are no proprietary blends here, which matters in a category where hidden doses are still common. You can assess every major ingredient against research.

What to expect: on day one, the biggest differences are energy, mood elevation, focus, and a more obvious pump once training starts. Over 2-4 weeks of consistent use, creatine and betaine become more meaningful as saturation and daily intake accumulate, making this formula stronger as a repeat-use performance tool than it appears from a single serving alone.

BM BZRK Overdrive by Black Magic Supply contains 585mcg Vitamin A, a effective dose for training performance and pump.

Key Highlights

  • 7,714mg L-Citrulline per 2 scoops — this is a true clinical pump dose, not a token inclusion. Citrulline raises arginine availability more effectively than oral arginine and supports nitric oxide production, which is why fuller muscle bellies and better blood flow are some of the first things you notice in training.
  • 1,500mg Nitrosigine per full serving — a premium branded pump and focus ingredient that complements citrulline instead of duplicating it poorly. Nitrosigine supports endothelial function and blood flow while also contributing to a cleaner, more cognitively engaged training experience.
  • 2,571mg GlycerPump (65% glycerol powder) — a strong hyperhydration dose that helps pull water into muscle tissue. When you are properly hydrated, this is one of the ingredients that makes the pump feel denser, the session feel more volumized, and higher-rep work feel less flat.
  • 4,286mg Creatine Monohydrate — nearly a full standalone daily creatine dose built directly into your pre-workout. That means this formula does not just hype the session; it meaningfully contributes to phosphocreatine replenishment, strength output, and repeat-effort performance over time.
  • 2,143mg Betaine Anhydrous — close to the 2.5g range frequently studied for power, work capacity, and body composition support. This is a useful dose that fits the formula’s intent: help you maintain output as the session becomes more metabolically demanding.
  • 428.5mg Agmatine Sulfate — adds another layer to the pump matrix beyond citrulline alone. Agmatine is commonly used in pre-workouts for nitric oxide-related support and pairs especially well with glycerol and citrulline in formulas designed to make muscles feel full and responsive.
  • 1,286mg L-Tyrosine — a solid dose for pre-workout focus under stress. Tyrosine serves as a precursor to catecholamines, which is why it can help mental performance feel sharper when training is hard, rest is imperfect, and the session requires actual intent.
  • 429mg Kanna — this gives BZRK Overdrive Voodoo Edition a distinct mood-focus character that many high-stim formulas lack. Instead of feeling purely wired, users often seek formulas like this for a more driven, centered, and enjoyable pre-training headspace.
  • 400mg Lion’s Mane fruiting body powder — not included for label decoration, but to round out the nootropic profile. It supports the formula’s cognitive identity by pairing with caffeine, tyrosine, and kanna for concentration and training engagement.
  • 2:1:1 BCAA profile with 2g leucine, 1g isoleucine, and 1g valine — modest but useful support for fasted or long sessions. Leucine is the key anabolic signal among the BCAAs, and while this does not replace complete protein, it does add practical intra-session support.
  • 150mg caffeine per 2 scoops — clearly a high-stim pre-workout, but one supported by real performance ingredients. The stimulant load is substantial enough for experienced users, yet the formula earns that intensity by surrounding it with clinically relevant pump and output support.
  • Fully disclosed label — every major active and dose is printed clearly with no proprietary blends. In a category where many products still hide under blends, this level of transparency lets you judge the formula against published evidence instead of marketing language.

Who Is This For?

  • Intermediate bodybuilders running push/pull/legs or bro-split hypertrophy phases who care about pump, fullness, and mind-muscle connection. The 7.7g citrulline, 1.5g Nitrosigine, 2.57g GlycerPump, and 857mg agmatine create the kind of layered blood-flow support that makes moderate-to-high-volume training feel better and look better in real time.
  • Strength-hypertrophy lifters who want more than just caffeine before heavy compounds. Creatine monohydrate at 4.286g and betaine at 2.143g give this formula a legitimate performance backbone, while 375mg caffeine and 1.286g tyrosine help keep intent and output high through the top sets and the back-off work.
  • High-intensity evening trainers with above-average stimulant tolerance who still want focus quality, not just raw stimulation. Kanna, tyrosine, and lion’s mane add a smoother cognitive layer than many high-stim products that rely almost entirely on caffeine and leave focus feeling scattered.
  • Fasted trainers who lift first thing in the morning and want a pre-workout that provides both drive and some amino support. The 2:1:1 BCAA profile with 2g leucine gives a modest anti-catabolic edge, while the pump complex helps sessions feel productive even before a full meal.
  • Lifters who are tired of proprietary blends and want to verify every active ingredient against published research. This label is fully disclosed, so you can see exactly how much citrulline, creatine, betaine, tyrosine, Nitrosigine, and glycerol you are actually getting at 1 scoop or 2.
  • Athletes in accumulation blocks who need repeated quality sets rather than a 20-minute burst of hype. The formula is built to improve session durability through pump support, cognitive drive, hydration, and ingredients like creatine and betaine that matter more as training volume compounds over time.

How to Use

Start with 1 scoop mixed in 12-16 ounces of water to assess tolerance, especially if you are not already comfortable with high-stim pre-workouts. A full 2-scoop serving is best reserved for experienced users because it delivers 375mg caffeine along with the full 7.714g citrulline and 1.5g Nitrosigine pump complex. Take it 20-30 minutes before training so stimulant uptake and nitric oxide support are ramping as your work sets begin. A shaker bottle is preferable to a spoon because glycerol-containing powders tend to mix better with agitation; using colder water often improves both flavor perception and overall drinkability. You can take it on an empty stomach for faster onset, but if stimulants hit you hard, a light pre-workout meal 60-90 minutes beforehand can smooth the experience without eliminating performance effects. Do not stack it casually with coffee, energy drinks, or stimulant fat burners unless you are tracking total caffeine intake closely. For long-term value, use it consistently on training days and consider adding standalone creatine on rest days if you want to maintain a steady daily saturation strategy. Store it tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, because glycerol-containing powders can attract moisture and clump over time.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: you drink it, hydration starts to matter, and the formula begins settling in with no proprietary mystery about what is coming next. Minutes 10-20: caffeine absorption picks up, mental alertness rises, and the tyrosine-kanna combination starts shaping the headspace into a more driven, focused state. Minutes 20-40: this is the sweet spot for training onset, where warm-ups roll into working sets and the pump matrix begins to show itself through better blood flow and muscle fullness. Minutes 40-90: the formula should still feel productive, especially because the pump and focus elements are not entirely dependent on one stimulant hit. Days 1-7: the acute effects are obvious immediately, while creatine and betaine are just beginning to accumulate. Weeks 2-4: the daily creatine intake becomes more meaningful, betaine consistency starts paying off, and the formula feels less like a one-off rush and more like part of a stronger training baseline.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Black Magic BZRK Overdrive Voodoo Edition?

At the full 2-scoop serving, this formula delivers 150mg caffeine, which is firmly in high-stim territory. At 1 scoop, you get approximately 187.5mg, which is a more moderate starting point for users assessing tolerance.

Is 1 scoop enough, or do I need the full 2 scoops?

1 scoop is a smart place to start and still provides meaningful support: roughly 3,857mg citrulline, 2,143mg creatine, 750mg Nitrosigine, and 150mg caffeine. The full 2 scoops are best for experienced users who want the full pump-focus-performance profile and already tolerate high-stim formulas well.

What makes the pump in this formula different from standard pre-workouts?

This product does not rely on just one ingredient for pump. It combines 7,714mg citrulline, 1,500mg Nitrosigine, 428.5mg agmatine sulfate, and 2,571mg GlycerPump, which means it targets both nitric oxide signaling and muscle cell hydration for a fuller, more durable training pump.

Does the creatine dose in this pre-workout actually matter?

Yes. At 4,286mg creatine monohydrate per full serving, this is close to the standard 5g daily target used by many athletes. That means your pre-workout is contributing meaningfully to creatine saturation rather than tossing in a token amount for label appeal.

Is this a good choice for focus, or is it mainly just energy?

It is built for both. The 150mg caffeine gives obvious stimulation, but the focus side comes from 1,286mg L-tyrosine plus 429mg kanna and 400mg lion’s mane, which creates a more engaged and training-oriented mental effect than caffeine-only formulas.

Can I stack this with a pump product?

You usually do not need to, because the pump profile is already robust with citrulline, Nitrosigine, agmatine, and glycerol. If you do stack it, keep stimulant overlap at zero and be mindful that adding more pump agents can increase GI sensitivity or make the serving unnecessarily heavy.

Should I take this every day or only on workout days?

This product is best used on training days, but ingredients like creatine and betaine reward consistency. If you do not use it daily, you can still maintain those saturation-based benefits by taking standalone creatine on rest days.

Will this keep me awake if I train late?

It can. A full serving contains 150mg caffeine, which is enough to interfere with sleep in many users if taken too late in the day. If you train in the evening, 1 scoop is a safer test point, though even that may still be too stimulating for some.

Is Black Magic BZRK Overdrive Voodoo Edition beginner-friendly?

Not at the full serving. The formula is fully disclosed and well built, but 150mg caffeine plus a layered nootropic profile makes the full dose more appropriate for experienced users. Beginners should either start with 1 scoop or choose a lower-stim pre-workout.

Does this formula contain proprietary blends?

No. One of the strongest advantages here is full label disclosure, which means every meaningful active is listed with a real dose. That transparency makes it easier to compare the formula honestly against published research and against competing pre-workouts.

Fast paced romantasy you will not want to put down!
Format: Kindle
4.25 stars! I LOVED this book with similar vibes to Hush Hush, Fourth Wing, and The Serpent and the Wings of Night! It was fast paced with easy world building and will keep you turning the pages late into the night because you will not want to put it down! Huntyr is a fierce bad@ss FMC trained to kill vampyres her entire life. She is sent on a mission to go to the academy and earn her spot into The Golden City. Upon arrival, she is forced to room with the delicious fallen angel, Wolf, who is the only one who knows about her assassin identity. The romance, the plot twists, the secrets revealed, the battles, and the tantalizing training scenes had me hooked! And that ending…. I’m holding my breath in need to know hell! Read if you love: 🪽 Fae, Vampyres, Fallen Angels 🪽 Academy setting with magical trials 🪽 Forced proximity and slow burn 🪽 Rivals to lovers 🪽 Hidden identities and secrets 🪽 Tend your wounds “𝘖𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶. Excellent Rivals to Lovers!!
Format: Kindle
The tension and banter between Huntyr and Wold was delectable. I absolutely love the fallen angel and all of his flaws. Huntyr is amazing too being a badass FMC with some major trauma. The world building was great and I enjoyed the training aspect of the story. The writing was immersive and was in the story the whole time. The ending had quite a twist that I hadn’t anticipated and made my jaw DROP. Excellent job! I also loved the narration. Laura is one of my fave narrators!

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo

“My heart bows to you and you only, Huntress.”
Format: Kindle
3.5 🌟 This book popped up in my KU recommended reading suggestions and the synopsis sounded like what I was in the mood for. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about it and ended up really liking it. I love when this happens. The main characters are likeable and I easily found myself rooting for them. There is a mystery element to each of their backstories that I enjoyed watching unfold and can't wait to get more of. Wolf, in particular, has me fixated. Love him. I found this to be an entertaining, addictive read with a plot that moves along at a good pace. It reads so easily I found myself very reluctant to put it down. Lots of twists and turns and the angst is there. A good set up for the next book to come, for sure. My issues with this book....the dialogue feels a bit juvenile at times and there is a repetitive over use of a particular word phrasing that I found myself giving the ole eye-roll to. There are, without a doubt, some pretty cliche moments that gave me a bit of the cringe. I think this could've certainly 100% benefited from more depth regarding the world building. Perhaps the world building was sacrificed to keep the pacing quick? Just a guess. Also, the lack of consistency of character for the FMC was really evident and so she feels quite illogical at times. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read that hit the spot well enough for me. That ending certainly has me impatiently pining for book 2!

Interesting take on the genre
Format: Kindle
True rating: 3.25 ⭐️ I enjoyed the fresh take on the genre. The best way I could describe the setting and world is an apocalyptic dystopian version of Farie where vampires, fae, and angles struggle to survive in what is left of the world. It was definitely interesting throwing the academy/hunger games aspect into this world as well. Even though I guessed the final reveal early on in the book, I kept hoping I was wrong, and it would take a surprising turn. While the "plot twists" were a bit predictable to me, I still enjoyed the ride this book took me on. Another downfall for me was the plot holes in the world building... I.E. if society has fallen and the world is in the aftermath of war, how are there trains running around the world? Just to take young adults to the trials to get into the golden city? How is the train maintained, the tracks clear, etc? However, I did enjoy the FMC & MMC and thought they were fleshed out nicely. I also enjoyed the side characters but wish some were developed more like Ashalin (sp?). I do find myself rooting for the MCs to succeed and find happiness together, which is obviously an important aspect for romantasy. Overall, was this an earth-shattering, mind-bending, terrific piece of literature? No. But was it the worst thing I've read this year? Also, no. This book has, to me, the bones of a great read & just needs a bit more to push it from an alright book to a great book. Overall ratings: Plot- 3.5⭐️ World building 3⭐️ Spice 2.5 🌶🌶 Main characters 4 ⭐️ Supporting characters 3.5⭐️
