3.32g DAA, 4,000 IU D3, plus real nitrate support

Purus Labs D-Pol is a stim-free hormone support supplement that pairs a solid dose of an amino acid for hormone help with key nutrients and a nitrate boost for better workouts. It's not like those test boosters loaded with a bunch of underdosed herbs. This formula is straightforward, honest, and makes sense.

The star is 3.32g D-Aspartic Acid, at least 95% pure DAA. DAA is a natural amino acid that plays a role in hormone signaling in your body. Studies look at how it can boost luteinizing hormone and testosterone, especially if your levels are on the low side. This dose is right in the researched range, which is key because tiny amounts don't do much. You might notice better training motivation, libido, and readiness over time, not some instant buzz.

Then there's 4,000 IU vitamin D3—a hefty dose, not just for show. Vitamin D acts like a hormone, helping with testosterone, immune health, muscles, and recovery. Lots of gym-goers and indoor folks are low on it, and fixing that can really help performance and hormones. This is a standout in the formula since many test products skip it or use too little.

It also has vitamin B6 at 2mg, folic acid at 400mcg, and vitamin B12 at 6mcg to back things up. These aren't hype ingredients, but they support methylation and red

Key Highlights

  • 3.32g D-Aspartic Acid — this is a solid, research-backed dose, not some weak sprinkle. DAA helps with hormone signaling and supports the path from luteinizing hormone to testosterone, making it the real heart of the formula.
  • 4,000 IU Vitamin D3 — one of the best parts here. Vitamin D is key for hormone health, recovery, immune stuff, and muscle performance, and this dose is big enough to make a difference if you're low from not getting enough sun.
  • 480mg Sodium Nitrate — a cool, uncommon add in a test support product. Nitrates boost nitric oxide in a way that's different from arginine, helping with blood flow and oxygen use so your workouts feel better, even without stims.
  • Fully disclosed active formula — no prop blends hiding doses. You see exactly 3.32g DAA and 480mg sodium nitrate, which builds trust in a category full of vague labels.
  • Stim-free design — no caffeine to fake the energy. Easy to use every day, stack with pre-workouts, or take at night without messing up your sleep and recovery.
  • Vitamin B6 at 2mg — nothing crazy, but it's there for a reason. B6 helps with amino acid breakdown, making brain chemicals, and overall metabolism, fitting right in for hard training and hormone support.
  • Folic Acid at 400mcg — basic support for cell stuff and methylation, not flashy hype. It aids DNA building, red blood cells, and the body setup needed for tough workouts and recovery.
  • Vitamin B12 at 6mcg — a good daily amount for nerves and red blood cells. Not the star, but it helps with energy use and feeling ready to go.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys doing structured hypertrophy who want stim-free hormone and performance support. 3.32g D-Aspartic Acid is the hormone base, and 480mg sodium nitrate adds blood flow and oxygen help you feel in the gym.
  • Evening trainers avoiding caffeine's sleep wreck. D-Pol is fully stim-free, so daily use won't mess with rest or hormones.
  • Athletes thinking basics are good but nutrients are off. 4,000 IU vitamin D3 is legit for indoor folks with low levels—common and big for performance and hormones.
  • Dudes dropping high-stim pre's to split hormones from energy. D-Pol is a clean daily layer focusing on DAA, D3, and nitrates, not fake stim effects.
  • Strength guys who want better sessions, not just test hype. 480mg sodium nitrate gives a workout edge with blood flow and oxygen during tough sets.
  • Folks liking simple, open labels over hidden blends with fancy herbs. D-Pol is focused, letting you check doses against research—no guessing.

How to Use

Take 3 tablets daily—that's the full serving. Best 30-60 minutes before workouts to sync nitrates with training; on off days, same time. If you're new or sensitive, start with 1-2 tabs for a few days, then go full. Wash down with water, maybe a light meal to ease stomach. Don't double up on vitamin D supps unless tracking total— this has 4,000 IU. Stacks great with creatine, protein, electrolytes, or pre-workouts since no stims. No need for hard cycling, but check in every 8-12 weeks on results and your stack. Keep it cool, dry, and sealed.

What to Expect

First 0-15 minutes: nothing big, which is normal for stim-free tablets—no rush or jitters. 20-60 minutes pre-workout: you might feel a bit better flow from nitrates, like easier breathing or smoother sets. In the gym, it's subtle, not a pre-workout bomb; good if you want calm. Days 1-7: consistency shines as vitamin D3, B-vits, and DAA start helping training and recovery. Weeks 2-4: check if drive, libido, and readiness feel steadier. It's built for long-term daily use, rewarding steady habits over quick hits.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much D-Aspartic Acid is in Purus Labs D-Pol?

Each full serving of 3 tablets provides 3.32g of D-Aspartic Acid, standardized to a minimum of 95% DAA. That puts it directly in the commonly studied range for DAA-based testosterone support formulas, which is important because lower doses are often not meaningful.

Does D-Pol contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. D-Pol is completely stim-free, so there is no caffeine, no yohimbine, and no stimulant blend creating a false sense of effectiveness. That makes it suitable for evening use and easy to stack with a separate pre-workout if desired.

What does the sodium nitrate in D-Pol do?

D-Pol includes 480mg sodium nitrate, which supports nitric oxide production through the nitrate-nitrite-NO pathway. In practical terms, that can support better blood flow, oxygen efficiency, and training feel, giving this product a more performance-oriented edge than most testosterone support formulas.

How much vitamin D3 is in D-Pol, and why does that matter?

Each serving provides 4,000 IU vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol. That is a meaningful daily dose, especially for people who train indoors, work indoors, or get minimal sun exposure, all of which can contribute to low vitamin D status that affects recovery, musculoskeletal function, and hormone health.

How long does D-Pol take to work?

This is not an instant-feel product like a high-stim pre-workout. Some users may notice a better training feel from the nitrate component on day 1, but the more relevant benefits from DAA and vitamin D3 are typically assessed after 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use.

Should I take D-Pol every day or only on training days?

Daily use makes the most sense. Vitamin D3 status and D-Aspartic Acid support are both better suited to consistent intake, while the sodium nitrate adds a training benefit when workouts are involved but does not remove the value of daily use on rest days.

Can I stack D-Pol with creatine or a pre-workout?

Yes. D-Pol stacks very well with creatine monohydrate, protein powder, electrolytes, and most pre-workouts because it does not duplicate caffeine and keeps its mission focused on hormone support plus nitrate-based performance support.

Is D-Pol a comprehensive testosterone booster?

It is better described as a focused testosterone support formula than a kitchen-sink testosterone booster. You get meaningful doses of D-Aspartic Acid, vitamin D3, and sodium nitrate, but you do not get extras like zinc, magnesium, ashwagandha, tongkat ali, or fenugreek.

Can beginners use D-Pol?

Yes, assuming they are healthy adults and understand that this is a daily support product, not a stimulant rush. The formula is straightforward and stim-free, but beginners should still prioritize training, sleep, total calories, protein intake, and bloodwork awareness before expecting supplements to do the heavy lifting.

Is this the same D-Pol formula found everywhere online?

Not always. Some marketplace or retailer listings reflect different or incomplete versions, but this formula includes vitamin D3, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, 3.32g D-Aspartic Acid, and 480mg sodium nitrate in the current tablet profile.

Mixed Feelings on the Saatva Pillow - A Comprehensive Review
Size: King (Pack of 1), Style: High Loft (6"-7")
Updated Edit (June 2024) : In my quest to find the perfect pillow, I initially purchased the high loft version of this pillow, but it turned out to be a bit too high for my liking. I then decided to try the standard size, and I like it much better! The pillow can still get lumpy and requires fluffing, but opting for the standard lower loft has definitely improved my experience with it. While I still use this pillow occasionally, I generally stick with my Purple Harmony pillow more. Changing my rating to 4 stars. --- Background: Over the past 2 years, I have embarked on a journey to find the perfect pillow, testing over ten different options, including numerous high-end brands. My latest trial was the Saatva pillow, renowned for its rave reviews. Expectations vs. Reality: Despite its widespread acclaim, my experience with the Saatva pillow did not meet my expectations. I opted for the higher loft variant, aligning with my general preference, yet I found it too high of a lot even as a primary side sleeper. Material and Comfort: The Saatva pillow, composed of both latex and down alternative, presented a lumpy texture. This inconsistency resulted in varied support depending on the position of my head. Unlike my regular down alternative pillow, the Saatva required frequent re-fluffing and adjusting throughout the night. Comparison and Value: Considering its price and the overwhelming number of positive reviews, my disappointment was notable. Surprisingly, a more affordable down alternative pillow from Amazon outperformed the Saatva in terms of support and comfort, despite the latter's use of higher quality fabrics and its significantly higher cost. Final Verdict: This pillow was one of the last in my quest to discover the "best" pillow. Sadly, it ranks in the lower ranks among the high-end, expensive pillows I've tried. I preferred the Purple Harmony pillow over the Saatva, albeit with reservations about the Purple Harmony as well. Conclusion: The Saatva pillow, while undoubtedly high-quality and possessing comfortable aspects, did not live up to my expectations, landing it in my pile of unused pillows. It may suit others, but for me, I only give it a 3 out of 5 stars rating.

Wonderful!
Size: Standard/Queen (Pack of 1), Style: High Loft (6"-7")
I ordered the loftier version of the pillow and I love it! I'm a side sleeper and I've been having pillow issues over the last few years where I swear every pillow is either too tall, too thin, too soft to provide support, to firm and hurts my ears, or the stuffing is too slick or something and migrates away from wherever I put my head. It's been... A time. But this pillow has been wonderful! I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it's the perfect height for me! The latex inner chamber provides some much needed support, but the softer outer chamber gives me enough cushion to keep my ears from aching. I will say that, while this is the perfect height for me, personally, I think that if you're someone who prefers a pretty lofty pillow, that this might not be tall enough for you. I ordered the taller version, and it feels right for me, but I've noticed in my pillow buying extravaganza that even pillows that everyone else loves that are designed for side sleepers are usually just too tall for me. So if this pillow is right for me, and you prefer a pretty lofty pillow, I really bet that this won't be tall enough in that case. It's definitely more of a medium loft, rather than a very high loft

Read this review. This pillow saved me.
Size: Standard/Queen (Pack of 1), Style: High Loft (6"-7")
I have to testify about this pillow, my brothers and sisters. Ever since I hit my 30s, my body has gone down. Aches and pains. Pops. Crackles. Snaps. It’s ridiculous. Over the last 2 years, I have managed to injure a muscle in my shoulder and the pain is unbearable when it is inflamed. I finally narrowed it down to the pillow I was sleeping on. I have an attachment to a pillow I’ve owned for over 20 years - that’s another story. I could fold it 3 times and it was finally thick enough to support my head. My shoulder got so tore up recently that I had to go through 2 rounds of steroids plus round the clock ibuprofen. Waking up in the night, the whole ordeal. I ordered this pillow after much research all over the internet. I was appalled by the $165 price ticket. But when you’re in that level of pain, you’re just about willing to do whatever it takes. The first night I immediately noticed I got more consecutive hours of sleep than I had in weeks. A week later and my shoulder is pain free. I could’ve cried. The height of this pillow stabilizes my neck and shoulders perfectly. It is firm, but gives and contours to your neck and head. It’s a heavy pillow but I don’t even care. Truly I don’t think I’ll ever go back. This pillow has saved my shoulder and I’ll never stop thanking God for it. If you’re experiencing back, shoulder, or neck pain and are considering this pillow, just order it. Please. Just do it. I’m forever changed. But I’m still keeping 20 year old pillow… just for sentimental purposes. 😂

Really good pillows
Number of Items: 1, Number of Items: 1
I’ve been using this pillow for a while now and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve tried. It has a soft, cloud-like feel but still gives enough support for my neck and shoulders. I’m a side sleeper and it keeps its shape well through the night. The material feels high quality, and it doesn’t go flat like cheaper pillows. Definitely improved my sleep quality and worth the purchase.

Soft AND supportive
Number of Items: 1
I knew I needed a very soft pillow - all the foam pillows I had bought recently to try to upgrade our home pilllow selection seemed ok to the touch but were still too firm once I tried them out, but recently I also had some neck pain that needed some gentle support and the old old foam pillow I had that was so very soft was losing its supportive qualities and the pain wasn’t getting better. This one seemed by description to fit the bill- very soft by the company’s own definition but also with support. I’m happy to report this is exactly as advertised- the softest foam pillow I’ve tried out of the box but also good support. Pain has improved since I started using this pillow. I would buy more if we need more pillows, it’s perfect for me and I think would be comfortable for most people. I think you just need to figure out how firm you need your pillow and also height preference . I’m an all over sleeper -back, side, even belly sometimes, so it’s fine for me, but it is a little taller compared to other pillows I’ve bought recently. I didn’t compare/try other prominent pillow brands, mostly my experience is Ikea (my daughter uses a very flat and nice foam pillow from them that is even a little pricier than this one and it works well for her), and whatever brands happen to be available at target and Costco. This price point for a name brand is reasonable, I think; I was looking at other brands way over $100, and I was willing to spend that much for something that would work long term, so this one working was great. Also, this definitely does not have any cooling effect technology, which is fine by me, but something to consider if you do like cool pillows. (Although, PSA: I recently had to throw away older foam pillows that had those cooling gel panels because the gel panels started disintegrating into sticky ooze; gross and had to throw away whole pillow because couldn’t dissociate from rest of the pillow. Sad cuz the foam part of those pillows were fine.) Anyway, if you like softer pillows but want good support, this one works well and is worth trying!!
