This box will be delivered from our family ranch to your doorstep every one or two months. If you want to eat like our family has since 1878, this is your box! It is filled with steaks, roasts, grilling cuts, premium ground, and more! This box will be delivered from our family ranch to your doorstep every one or two months. 

Each box includes:

Premium Steaks This includes ribeyes, t-bone/porterhouses, filet/tenderloin, NY strip, chuck eyes and flat irons. You can expect 2-4 premium steaks in each 15 lb box, 1-2 premium steaks in each 10 lb box, and 1 premium steak in each 6 lb box.

Assorted Cuts These are the rancher cuts! Most of our meals come from this category. Possible cuts include: Roasts (chuck, sirloin, cross rib, eye of round, mock tender), Steaks (sirloin, picanha, denver, skirt, flank, carne asada, fajita, mock tender), and Other (kabob, stew meat, shanks, short ribs). You may also receive a package of our brand new All Beef Dry Aged Bratwurst! Each Box will be approximately ½ assorted cuts.

Premium Ground Our ground beef is dry aged and is made from the same animal as we cut our steaks from. Each 1lb package is single animal sourced and is approximately 80/20. Each box will contain approximately ⅓ ground beef.

At checkout, you may request which specific steaks, roasts, or other cuts of beef you prefer. Although we can't guarantee it, we will do our best to provide you with your requests.
