Il re di vitigni del sud Italia, lAglianico, si incontra con il piedirosso, localmente chiamato anche per e palummo, per dare vita a un rosso della Costa dAmalfi tipico e caratteristico. Lasciato riposare esclusivamente in acciaio,"Furore" è un Rosso in cui il frutto viene esaltato al massimo, per andare mirabilmente a completare un sorso dal carattere sapido e minerale, modellato dai terreni calcarei su cui crescono le viti, e dalla salsedine proveniente dal Tirreno. Un rosso che sarà sempre perfetto con le saporite preparazioni della cucina di terra: abbinatelo alle tagliatelle al ragù di maiale e avrete scoperto un accostamento da leccarvi i baffi!
