Panda Supps Premium Multi Vitamin isn't some weak one a day just to say you took something. It's a straight up, fully listed 4 capsule daily setup built like a solid base for performance: strong vitamins, minerals that are easy to absorb and gentle on your gut, active forms of B vitamins where it counts, and some extras like 250mg quercetin and vanadium nicotinate glycinate

Methylated B-vitamins, chelated minerals, MK-7, and meaningful quercetin.

Panda Supps Premium Multi Vitamin isn't some weak one-a-day just to say you took something. It's a straight-up, fully listed 4-capsule daily setup built like a solid base for performance: strong vitamins, minerals that are easy to absorb and gentle on your gut, active forms of B-vitamins where it counts, and some extras like 250mg quercetin and vanadium nicotinate glycinate chelate to make it more than your average multi.

The vitamins here pack a punch. Vitamin A comes in at 3,000mcg RAE from beta carotene, which acts as an antioxidant without the harsher preformed retinol. Vitamin C is 500mg, a solid dose for building collagen, boosting your immune system, and handling stress from tough workouts or daily grind. Vitamin D3 is 50mcg (2,000 IU), a good amount for immune health, calcium use, and muscle function, paired with 90mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7 to help put calcium in your bones, not your arteries.

The B-vitamins are geared for real energy and performance. Thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, and B6 are at 25-50mg, way above basic levels, helping turn carbs into fuel, keep your energy factories running, make brain chemicals, and handle cell processes. Folate is 5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium, the ready-to-use methylated form. That's important because it skips the conversion step that folic acid needs, jumps right into key body reactions, and helps turn homocysteine back to methionine, especially with the 2,000mcg methylcobalamin B12 and 25mg B6 here. That combo is a real team for methylation, not just random vitamins thrown in.

Mineral quality is another strength. Magnesium comes from bisglycinate chelate and dimagnesi

Key Highlights

  • Fully disclosed 4-capsule formula — every vitamin, mineral, and add-on is listed with a real dose. In a category crowded with weak one-a-days and vague proprietary positioning, this gives you true label transparency and lets you evaluate every ingredient against actual research.
  • 5-MTHF folate instead of folic acid — Panda uses the biologically active methylated form of vitamin B9. That matters for one-carbon metabolism and homocysteine remethylation, and it avoids dependence on conversion through the DHFR pathway that can limit folic acid utilization.
  • 2,000mcg methylcobalamin B12 — a very robust dose of an active coenzyme form rather than cyanocobalamin. It pairs directly with 5-MTHF and B6 to support methylation, red blood cell formation, and nervous system function in a more advanced way than bargain multis.
  • Vitamin D3 at 50mcg plus vitamin K2 as MK-7 at 90mcg — this is a smart bone and mineral metabolism pairing. D3 supports calcium absorption and immune function, while MK-7 helps regulate where calcium is utilized in the body.
  • Magnesium from bisglycinate chelate and dimagnesium malate — better tolerated and more usable forms than the magnesium oxide commonly used in cheaper multis. That supports muscle function, ATP-related energy metabolism, and nervous system balance without relying on the least absorbable form.
  • Zinc bisglycinate chelate at 25mg with copper bisglycinate at 2mg — a thoughtful pairing many formulas get wrong. The zinc dose is meaningful for immune and enzymatic support, and the added copper helps maintain mineral balance during long-term use.
  • Quercetin at 250mg — this is far beyond the token antioxidant dusting seen in most multivitamins. Quercetin adds genuine flavonoid support for oxidative stress management and works especially well alongside the formula’s 500mg of vitamin C.
  • Calci-K® mineral complex — Panda uses Albion’s calcium-potassium-phosphate-citrate complex for calcium, phosphorus, and potassium support. The value here is not giant mineral dosing, but improved solubility and a more premium mineral delivery strategy than generic carbonate-heavy multis.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters training 4-6 days per week who already have protein, creatine, and pre-workout handled but know their micronutrient intake is inconsistent. This formula gives them stronger-than-average B-vitamin support for energy metabolism, D3 plus MK-7 for bone and training resilience, and meaningful zinc, magnesium, and selenium coverage without relying on cheap oxide minerals.
  • Busy professionals who train before work or after long days and eat well most of the time, but not perfectly every day. The fully disclosed capsule format makes compliance easy, while 5-MTHF, methylcobalamin, magnesium glycinate, and quercetin provide a more thoughtful foundation than generic grocery-store multis.
  • Adults focused on immune resilience and year-round consistency, especially during hard training blocks, travel, or high-stress periods. Vitamin C at 500mg, vitamin D3 at 50mcg, zinc at 25mg, and selenium at 150mcg create a serious micronutrient backbone for immune function and antioxidant defense.
  • People who specifically care about active and chelated forms rather than just label headline numbers. This formula uses 5-MTHF instead of folic acid, methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin, and multiple glycinate chelates for minerals, which is exactly what informed buyers look for in a premium daily multi.
  • Athletes or physique-focused users who want better nutrient partitioning support as part of a complete supplement routine. Chromium picolinate and vanadium nicotinate glycinate chelate are included specifically to support glucose metabolism, making this more targeted than a standard wellness multivitamin.
  • Men and women over 30 who are thinking beyond energy and toward long-term structural support. The D3, MK-7, magnesium, phosphorus, and Calci-K® framework makes sense for people who want their multi to contribute to bone mineral handling, not just immunity and B-vitamin claims.

How to Use

Take 4 capsules daily with food, ideally with a meal that contains some fat to support absorption of vitamins A, D, E, and K. If you are new to higher-potency multis or have a sensitive stomach, start with 2 capsules daily for 3-4 days, then move to the full serving. Splitting the dose into 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with dinner is a smart option for users who prefer gentler digestion or more even intake across the day. Do not take it on an empty stomach if you are prone to nausea from minerals or high-dose B-vitamins. This stacks well with creatine, fish oil, protein, electrolytes, and most wellness staples because it is a vitamin-mineral formula rather than a stimulant product. If you use thyroid medication, certain antibiotics, or physician-managed mineral protocols, separate timing and ask your clinician because minerals can affect drug absorption. There is no need to cycle this product; daily consistency is the whole point. Store it in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed to protect capsule integrity and vitamin stability.

What to Expect

Day 1 is chill—no big rush, just solid basics kicking in. First few days, it's about how it sits— with food, those chelated minerals and capsules should go down easy, better than cheap ones. In 1-2 weeks, you're not buzzing from quercetin or folate; you're just getting steady nutrients for energy, immune, and minerals. By weeks 2-4, it adds up: active B-vitamins keep methylation and energy flowing, D3 and MK-7 handle calcium, and stuff like magnesium, zinc, and selenium aren't left to meal luck. You feel it as reliable support, not hype—your foundation is solid, not guesswork.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Panda Premium Multi Vitamin different from a basic multivitamin?

The difference is in both form selection and formula intent. Panda uses 5-MTHF instead of folic acid, methylcobalamin instead of cheap cyanocobalamin, magnesium and zinc in chelated forms, vitamin K2 as MK-7, and includes meaningful extras like 250mg quercetin plus chromium and vanadium for metabolic support.

How many capsules do I take per day?

The full serving is 4 capsules daily, providing 30 servings per bottle. Most users do best taking all 4 with a meal, but splitting into 2 capsules twice daily is a good option if you prefer gentler digestion.

Should I take this with food or on an empty stomach?

Take it with food. That improves tolerance for the minerals and B-vitamins and also supports absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.

Does this formula use methylated vitamins?

Yes. Folate is provided as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium and vitamin B12 is provided as methylcobalamin, which are both active forms preferred by informed buyers over lower-cost alternatives.

Is the quercetin dose actually meaningful?

Yes. At 250mg, quercetin is far more substantial than the token doses commonly used in multivitamins. It adds real flavonoid antioxidant support and pairs well with the 500mg vitamin C in the formula.

Why is there both zinc and copper in this product?

Because high-zinc formulas should be balanced. Panda includes 25mg zinc as bisglycinate chelate and 2mg copper as bisglycinate chelate, which helps support longer-term mineral balance rather than pushing zinc in isolation.

Is this a good multivitamin for athletes and lifters?

Yes, especially for users who want more than bare-minimum daily values. The stronger B-complex, chelated magnesium and zinc, D3 plus MK-7, selenium, chromium, and quercetin make it a better fit for active adults than a generic grocery-store multi.

Can I stack this with creatine, protein, or pre-workout?

Absolutely. This is a foundational vitamin-mineral formula and stacks cleanly with creatine, protein powders, pre-workouts, hydration products, and omega-3s because it is designed to support daily nutritional coverage rather than replace performance supplements.

Does this contain proprietary blends?

No. Every active ingredient and dose is disclosed on the label. That level of transparency is a genuine advantage in a category where many products hide behind vague wellness positioning.

Who should be cautious with this formula?

Anyone taking blood thinners, thyroid medication, or following a medically supervised mineral protocol should check with their clinician first. Vitamin K2, iodine, selenium, and the broader mineral profile can all matter in those contexts.

All Gotchas, Gimmicks, and Grief
My husband broke the item in question, which was a Chemex coffee maker made of nothing but glass. It shattered full of coffee, so like a normal human he cleaned up the dangerous mess and threw it away. I put in a claim, and it said that I had to ship back the product. Believing that the Asurion process was as simple as stated, and reading the agreement that does mention that sometimes they'll require shipment of the item, but that they will review cases and use reasonable judgment, I contacted their chat, explaining that the requirement that I mail them a wet pile of shards of glass soaked in coffee (and a little bit of blood) was unsafe and unreasonable. I don't even know how I could do that in a way that would be safe for the people opening the packaging, or even to take it to the store. The shards of glass might puncture any plastic, and the wetness would soak through, plus there's the biohazard issue. Seems silly for a $47 product replacement to me. I figured any human would understand. First chat associate closed my case without even responding to me. I had to reopen it. The second one told me, "Yes, that is how your warranty works" as an answer to my "Hello, the last chat closed without me talking to anyone." I tried to explain the situation, and was told "If you call the hotline, maybe they'll help you." I call the hotline. The first person tells me tough, I have to mail it. I say it was thrown away. He says "AHA then it's lost! Your warranty doesn't cover lost things!" I say no, it's not lost, it was disposed of properly as shards of glass should be. I finally ask can I speak to someone else or a supervisor. He lies and says yes. I sit on hold for 20 minutes, never any wait time or any sort of indicator of when someone will talk to me. The phone call quality finally gets very horribly staticky, so I hang up and try again. Hallelujah, I get a decent human being who immediately says, "Oh, no, that's not reasonable! That is an unsafe thing to have to mail. I'll send it to the override department who should approve this because it's obvious that's not a normal thing to expect." Today I get an email that says: We can't approve your claim. We reviewed your NO SUPPORTING MANUFACTURER COFFEE MAKER claim. The product in your claim is not covered by your plan. As a result, we're unable to approve your claim. Nothing about the requirement to mail a biohazard, just the item isn't covered even though the item is absolutely covered. While I understand that loss prevention is important, this is a very small potatoes return and it isn't like I made this up. It would be easy to make me happy. I'm sure it has cost them more money to deny it than they would have lost covering the Chemex. I've bought multiple of their product replacement policies before. I never will again. They didn't offer for me to send a picture or anything. They just wasted hours of my time and sent a clearly AI-based answer, rather than treating me like a valuable customer.
