The Maitake mushroom is a type of adaptogen. Adaptogens help support the body in fighting against any type of mental or physical difficulty. Suggested Use: Sprinkle on food or mix 1 teaspoon (2g) into tea, coffee or smoothies. Take one to two times daily.
