Replacement Fees by Model Line
- OG Series: S$30
- X Series: S$40
- Carbon Fiber (Non-Polarised): S$50
- Carbon Fiber (Polarised): S$70
A flat S$3 shipping fee applies to all replacements.

How the Replacement Service Works
1. Select Your Model and Make Payment
Choose your model line (OG, X, Carbon Fiber) and complete the replacement fee payment.
2. We Contact You
Our team will WhatsApp you to confirm the pair you are replacing.
If your exact model or colour is out of stock, you may choose a similar design or colourway.
We will arrange a courier pick-up date for your damaged pair.
3. Receive Your Replacement Pack
We’ll send your new sunglasses together with a pre-labelled return polymailer. Place your damaged pair inside the bag.
4. Hand It to the Courier
On the scheduled day, pass the return bag to the courier. That’s it.
