A classic which the whole family is sure to love, this Thai green curry from Fuel Your Preparation is suitable for vegans. Freeze dried to lock in all of the delicious flavours and important nutrients, all you have to do is add boiling water and you will have a tasty, filling meal in minutes. At just 800g a tin, this tin contains a total of 8 servings and has a shelf life of 25 years! An ideal addition to your long term survival supplies.
To prepare a single serving, remove 100g of dry mix from the can and bring to the boil 165ml of water. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes. Stir, season to taste and serve!
