Migali C-F75-LP Description
Great for high-volume applications, the Migali C-F75-LP gas fryer has a 75-pound oil capacity, and its stainless steel frypot has tube-type burners submerged in the oil, providing efficient heat transfer to maintain the set temperature. Because this fryer lacks open access to the bottom, it is difficult to clean, but it also creates a cold zone for sediment to collect without burning. Twin wire baskets are included, and their blue plastic handles prevent users from burning their hands.
Operators can adjust the temperature in this Migali C-F75-LP commercial fryer on the electromechanical thermostat, which has a range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit with a high-limit setting at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Powered by LP gas, the unit is not as efficient as electric units, and it requires a flue, which is built into the back.
