Hard-hitting capsule thermogenic with caffeine, DMHA, and yohimbe

USPLabs OxyElite Pro is a high-stim thermogenic capsule focused on one main thing: giving you a big boost in energy, urgency, and fat-loss motivation from a simple once-a-day stim core. This isn't a new-age, fully open, science-heavy body comp formula with clear clinical doses everywhere. It's a bold stim-based product with 100mg caffeine anhydrous, 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl, and a 119.5mg proprietary blend of botanicals like Yohimbe extract, Bauhinia L. extract, Bacopa monnieri extract, Geranium extract, and Cirsium oligophyllum extract. The goal here is how it feels upfront, with thermogenic and focus help built around that.

Caffeine anhydrous is the most backed ingredient in here. It blocks adenosine receptors—that's the stuff that makes you feel tired—cutting down fatigue and ramping up alertness. It also boosts catecholamines like dopamine and norepinephrine, so you feel more motivated, think quicker, and get ready to train better. Tons of studies and reviews back caffeine for alertness, speed, and workout performance. But dose matters—the usual effective range is 200-400mg, so 100mg here is on the lower side. That said, it's meant as a foundation under stronger stims, not the whole show.

The other big player is 2-aminoisoheptane HCl at 100mg, often called DMHA in the market. It's there for intense energy, focus, and hunger control, and lots of users say it gives a harder, more driven feel than just caffeine. Mechanistically, it is generally understood

Key Highlights

  • 100mg caffeine anhydrous is the most researched energy hitter here. It blocks adenosine receptors to cut fatigue and boost alertness, reaction time, and workout readiness—backed by solid human studies.
  • 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl brings the aggressive high-stim vibe. This is what gives you that strong drive, mood lift, and hunger curb that sets OxyElite Pro apart from basic caffeine-only capsule fat burners.
  • Yohimbe extract, standardized for yohimbine alkaloids, adds a classic cutting edge. Yohimbine helps with fat release by blocking alpha-2 receptors, which is why it's popular for fasted cardio or deep cuts.
  • One-capsule serving keeps it simple and easy to take. No mixing or scooping, so it's great for travel, work, or quick gym sessions.
  • The whole setup is super concentrated: 100mg caffeine plus 100mg DMHA with a 119.5mg proprietary blend. That's why it feels way stronger than the caffeine amount suggests.
  • Bauhinia L. extract fits into the metabolic support side. This herb often shows up in thyroid-leaning fat burners, but the hidden dose makes it more of a backup player than a star.
  • Cirsium oligophyllum extract boosts the old-school thermogenic feel. It's common in tough cutting supps for metabolism help, though the prop blend means we can't match it exactly to study doses.
  • Bacopa monnieri extract adds a brain-boost angle, keeping it from being just a stim bomb. Bacopa's known for cognition and stress handling, but its real impact here is tough to pin down without a disclosed dose.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned dieters cutting who want a strong capsule thermogenic over powder pre's. The 100mg caffeine and 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl combo is for noticeable drive, alertness, and hunger control when calories drop and workout motivation fades.
  • Morning fasted-cardio folks with stim experience. Yohimbe and the stim base make it ideal for quick activation without a full meal.
  • Physique competitors holding workout intensity while getting lean. It won't pump or strength-boost like ergogenics, but it keeps aggression, focus, and output up as fat drops and energy tightens.
  • Busy workers hitting the gym after long days needing a strong mental switch. Caffeine's your reliable energy base, but DMHA gives the urgent kick over basic burners.
  • Fans of classic stim fat burners who know the drill and want that vibe. OxyElite Pro isn't mild or wellness-y—it's for feel and intensity over full disclosure.
  • Capsule lovers who hate powders and want an easy thermogenic. One cap per serving is simple for trips, jobs, or gym bags.

How to Use

Begin with just 1 capsule, 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or your low-energy spot. Don't think 100mg caffeine means beginner level—the 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl and Yohimbe extract crank the stim power way up. Lots of users go empty stomach for fast start and bigger thermogenic feel, but for first tries, pair with light food to ease in. Wash it down with lots of water; staying hydrated helps with high-stims to avoid rough sides. Skip stacking with other burners, DMHA/DMAA pre's, strong nootropics, or big caffeine from drinks. Team it with non-stim like creatine monohydrate, electrolytes, and good protein. It's stim-focused without buildup ingredients, so cycle it for cutting phases and take breaks to keep tolerance low. Store cool and dry, lid tight to keep capsules fresh.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: It's a capsule, so no taste or mixing; it starts subtle as it dissolves. Minutes 10-25: Caffeine kicks in with clearer alertness and less brain fog, then DMHA adds urgency. Minutes 25-45: Peak time for most—hunger dips, motivation spikes, perfect for training or cardio. Minutes 45-120: Energy holds, but it varies with your tolerance, food, and yohimbe sensitivity. Days 1-7: Figure out your response and how it hits empty vs. fed. Weeks 2-4: No loading needed, so benefits are about steady diet stick, training push, and hunger help, but watch for tolerance if you use it daily.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in USPLabs OxyElite Pro?

Each 1-capsule serving provides 100mg caffeine anhydrous. That looks moderate on paper, but the real stimulant intensity is much higher because the formula also includes 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl and Yohimbe extract standardized for yohimbine alkaloids.

Is OxyElite Pro mainly a fat burner or a pre-workout?

It is best classified as a high-stim fat burner that many experienced users also take before training or cardio. The formula is built around energy, appetite suppression, and thermogenic drive, not around clinical pump, endurance, or strength ingredients.

What does the 100mg 2-aminoisoheptane HCl do in this formula?

2-Aminoisoheptane HCl is included for a more aggressive stimulant effect than caffeine alone typically delivers. Most users report stronger drive, mood elevation, workout urgency, and appetite suppression from this ingredient, although it does not have the same deep human clinical literature as caffeine.

Is the formula fully transparent?

No. OxyElite Pro includes a 119.5mg proprietary blend containing Bauhinia, Bacopa, Geranium, Cirsium oligophyllum, and Yohimbe extract, but the individual amounts are not disclosed. That means you can verify the caffeine and DMHA doses, but not the exact contribution of the botanical actives.

Can I take OxyElite Pro for fasted cardio?

That is one of the most common use cases for this type of formula. The stimulant stack and yohimbe content often feel strongest on an emptier stomach, but that also increases the chance of side effects in sensitive users, so experienced users should still assess tolerance carefully.

Is OxyElite Pro good for beginners?

No, this is not a beginner formula. The combination of caffeine, DMHA, and yohimbe creates a high-stim profile that can feel significantly stronger than the caffeine label alone suggests.

Should I stack OxyElite Pro with coffee or a pre-workout?

Usually no. Since the formula already contains 100mg caffeine plus additional stimulant load from DMHA and Yohimbe extract, stacking it with more stimulants increases the risk of jitters, elevated heart rate, anxiety, and sleep disruption.

What should I stack with OxyElite Pro instead?

The smartest stack is non-stimulant support: creatine monohydrate for strength and power support, electrolytes for hydration during cardio or cutting phases, and protein to help preserve lean mass while dieting. Those add performance and recovery support without compounding the stimulant load.

Does Bacopa monnieri make this a nootropic formula too?

Bacopa gives the formula a nootropic angle, but the actual Bacopa dose is hidden inside the proprietary blend. Since meaningful Bacopa effects are usually studied at clearly disclosed standardized doses, the dominant real-world nootropic feel here is still likely coming from the stimulant core.

Do I need to cycle OxyElite Pro?

Cycling is sensible because this formula is driven by stimulants rather than saturation-based ingredients. Regular daily use can build tolerance to the energizing and appetite-suppressing effects, so most experienced users reserve it for focused fat-loss blocks rather than endless uninterrupted use.

Easy to set up!
Despite the price ($529 on sale) - this fits my budget of less than $1000! I’ve upgraded from an old iMac that was so slow and this one fits the bill for being faster and more efficient. Having a wireless mouse and keyboard is a plus. I’m not a fan of the pop-up camera as it needs more finesse to pop out naturally - for me it seems so rough popping it in and out. Still trying to figure it out and will update my review along the way. It came nicely package, value for the money is on point, the size is perfect - not too big or small, it looks sleek but the sound quality is warbled. It can’t be all perfect for its price. I’d still recommend as a start up computer as it is budget friendly!

Ease of use
I had a Dell after years and years it finally gave up. I am elderly, I don't like change. I tried another brand and it was so complicated I ordered my good old tried and true Dell. It has new stuff I don't know how to use, but I don't do music, social media, movies or any of the things it offers, so I am able to use it just like my older computer. It is wonderful. The screen is big and everything is clear and it was easy to set up. It is compatible with my printer and has more storage than I will ever use. I highly recommend it, especially to beginners.

The “I Finally Got My Life Together” Desktop
The Dell 24 All-in-One is exactly what I needed: simple, fast, and not taking up my whole desk like it pays rent. The 23.8" FHD screen is crisp and easy on the eyes, and the Intel Core 3 100U processor handles everyday tasks without acting dramatic. It boots up quick, runs smooth, and the Intel Graphics do their job like quiet overachievers. I love that everything is built into one clean unit—just plug it in, and boom, you're productive (or at least you look productive). If you want a desktop that’s reliable, compact, and doesn’t come with a 20-cord headache, this one is a winner. Perfect for work, school, or pretending you’re organized.

Quality Thumping Boombox
Color: Black, Color: Black
I've been a longtime user of JBL products, but the Boombox has been my favorite speaker in their entire lineup. The built in handle, waterproof design, and fantastic battery life are what drew me to it in the first place. I owned the original Boombox for nearly 8 years. It survived dozens of camping trips in extreme heat, and was tested by FL beach trips, one of which ended in a violent rainstorm. It never failed me and could hold up to any abuse, which is why I have no problems recommending their Boombox lineup to anyone. My excitement for the Boombox 4 grew when I found out it would use an easily replaceable battery, simply by popping off the bottom cover. I had to replace the internal battery of my BB1 after 7.5 years, and it was a terrible experience that took around two hours, and was very frustrating at times. I told myself I would never buy another Bluetooth speaker that didn't have a hot-swap style battery compartment. I'm happy to see that the new speaker lineup does this. SPECS The new JBL Boombox 4 has significantly more power than the original model from 8 years ago. We're talking a jump from 40 watts to 200 RMS watts on battery power. That, combined with the larger drivers let me know that I was in for quite an upgrade. If you already have the 3rd gen BB3, I would think this wouldn't be a significant upgrade for you, but coming from the OG BB1 it most certainly was for me! The ports on the rear flip cover are power and USB Type C. APPEARANCE After unboxing the new Boombox 4 I could tell it was a bit larger than the old Boombox 1, but not by much. I'm happy to see JBL go back to a handle that appears to be a part of the speaker, instead of looking like it was thrown on as an add-on, like that of the Boombox 3's handle. It's also comfortable to hold, and the weight distribution of this speaker is spot-on. I can't tell that this new speaker is 1.5 pounds heavier than the BB1. Overall it's a very good looking speaker. The pictures don't do it much justice. You need to see it in person to really appreciate the craftsmanship. INDOOR LISTENING My initial listening experience with the new BB4 was ear-to-ear grin worthy. I immediately realized this upgrade was legit! There's so much more lower end grunt. While playing indoors at lower volumes, I found that for certain music genres I really appreciated the low-end bass boost mode. It provides the thump you crave, even at low levels. As you raise the volume up to anything over half, I find the bass boost unnecessary, and perhaps even a bit overpowering. That's likely subjective to each persons personal tastes, as well as music genres. It's nice to have the option to use it when you want it. OUTDOOR LISTENING My OG BB1 was my favorite go-to speaker for outdoor Bluetooth music sessions, and this one excels even more at that. The BB4 has significantly more power on offer, so it's easier to fill any space with fantastic sounding music. With our modest sized corner lot, I find that keeping its volume around the 50% point is plenty to fill our yard with great sound, while not being distracting to any neighbors who may be around outdoors. What impressed me most with the new speaker is how much further and clearer both the highs and low frequencies come through. With the BB1, once I walked away more than 20 feet the bass really fell off and wasn't too noticeable, but with the BB4 I can still hear the low notes from that distance. I'm truly impressed at what the BB4 can do as an outdoor speaker. To respect my neighbors, I didn't run the Boombox 4 at maximum output, but for the brief time I had it up around 80% it was obvious that this speaker is plenty loud for most people. AURACAST Next I paired the Boombox 4 with my PartyBox 520, using Auracast. I turned on both speakers, started playing music from one, then hit the Auracast button on each. Within 5-8 seconds they paired up and were in sync with each other. Obviously pairing a speaker like the Boombox 4 along with a much larger one like the Partybox 520 is going to create a situation where you mostly hear the larger speaker. This leads me to the decision that the best way to utilize a setup like this is to run one indoors and the other outside. For a nice sized party, the Boombox would serve well indoors and the PartyBox would be perfect outside. CONS If I had to knock JBL for anything with the new BB4, it would be their decision to omit the 3.5mm aux port. This was a feature all the previous models had. I know there's a USB Type C port for lossless audio playback, but it doesn't work with a Type C to 3.5mm aux adapter. I enjoy projector movie and game nights, and I used my BB1 for the audio when viewing content with the projector by way of a simple aux cable. I did a bit of research and discovered that my Google Chromecast has Bluetooth audio playback available, but not the Roku streaming stick that I've always used for the projector. I was able to connect the Boombox 4 to my Chromecast and use it to play the audio, so I'm thankful that works! Still would have loved a 3.5mm aux port. SUMMARY JBL continues to impress with their newer lineup of speakers. As bittersweet as it was to let it go, I'm happy to be rid of the Boombox 1, as the Boombox 4 is an amazing upgrade in nearly every way. I won't have to worry about complex battery swaps in the future, which is probably the main reason I went for the upgrade. I'm happy with the extra power this speaker puts out. For anyone looking for an all-purpose, outdoor Bluetooth speaker, this is the one! No need to worry about water or dust interrupting your music sessions. Stop thinking about buying a Boombox 4 and just pull the trigger!

Perfection.
Color: Black
HANDS DOWN THE BEST BLUETOOTH SPEAKER ON THE MARKET. I have bought pretty much every BT speaker on the market (obsessed). I'm an audiophile and my main system is worth 10s of thousands. I had multiple jbls, bose, and a whole slew of different brands i dont care to list. I gave away most of them to justify buying new toys (my friends love it lol). I am not giving this thing away EVER. All my previous complaints have been addressed. Replaceable battery, stable base, lighter, smaller and double the output. For indoors i use a custom EQ to tame the bass. Because it is RIDICULOUS (alot of overhead!). I crank up the treble to sharpen it up and I find that 30% volume will fill most indoor spaces with excellent, long playtime and sharp music while barely trying! It has plenty of overhead to deliver excellent volume and presence for the beach and any outdoor event up to 60 people. This is the perfect setup. Need more coverage? order a second one for stereo (i will). This is the end game Bluetooth speaker. Everything else is a mere shadow of this beast regardless of price. JBL knocked this out of the park. My search has ended.
