Per questo "Les Princes Abbés" Pinot Gris la maison Schlumberger utilizza solamente le migliori uve, pressate a freddo, fermentate in tini termoregolati per 4 mesi e lasciando poi il vino a maturare sui lieviti dai 6 agli 8 mesi.
Perfetto in abbinamento con una Quiche Lorraine o con del pâté.
