The Stage 6 Complete Suspension System introduces ICON's Front 4-Link Suspension system for ultimate axle control and suspension performance (Radius Arm variants not available for Stage 6). Stage 6 also includes ICON 2.5 VS Series front and rear shocks with remote reservoirs, and ICON's dual opposing steering stabilizer system.
FRONT 4.5" BOX KIT
The ICON Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD Front Box Kit is an essential component of ICON 4.5” lift suspension systems. Front sway bar drop brackets fabricated from CNC laser cut steel plate ensure bind free motion of the sway bar links through the entire range of suspension travel and are powder coated for corrosion resistance. Extended length stainless steel brake line kit prevents brake line damage and eliminates the bending of OE hard lines typically required for brake line drop brackets. Bump travel is properly limited with robust CNC machined 6061 aluminum bump stop spacers that are designed for the stresses of aggressive off-road driving.

FRONT 4.5" DIESEL DUAL RATE SPRING KIT
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4.5" coil springs are designed for drivers demanding the ultimate in performance and ride quality, while allowing for increased wheel travel (when used with ICON shocks) and the fitment of larger tires. The ICON Ford Super Duty coil springs provide 4.5" of lift height and feature a dual rate design optimized for use with trucks equipped with diesel engines. The dual rate design allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance.

TRACK BAR BUMP STEER BRACKET KIT
This bracket features a 2-position cam that will optimize the track bar geometry for both 2.5” and 4.5” lifts. This component has been designed to work with both a factory track bar as well as an ICON Vehicle Dynamics adjustable unit, and will allow for the axle to be properly centered under the frame with either. Benefits of this improved geometry and axle alignment include reduced road feedback throughout the steering system and improved on and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer.

5" BLOCK KIT
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 5” Rear Block Kit features a square, non-tapered block design to provide easy rear lift to a Ford Super Duty pickup. These heavy-duty blocks are fabricated from CNC laser cut and brake-formed steel plate and heavy duty .250” wall square tubing to endure the stresses of heavy towing/hauling duty as well as aggressive off-road use. Their reinforced bump stop tang provides proper bump stop engagement and limits compression travel to prevent damage to the rear shocks and shock mounts at full bottom out.

REAR 15" U-BOLT KIT
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 15” U-bolt kit consists of high-quality grade 8 U-bolts to ensure that the leaf springs stay properly secured to the rear axle. Featuring a black E-coat finish for corrosion resistance and a length of 15” these U-bolts will work with a variety of leaf spring and rear block options. All mounting nuts and washers are also included to make sure installation is quick and easy.

4WD 4.5" FRONT AND REAR 2.5 VS RR / PB
ICON’s 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. With a truly vehicle-specific design, these shocks are configured specifically for each application in both length and damping tune. Featuring one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders, these 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks offer lighter weight, improved corrosion resistance, and a more uniform finish than traditional plated steel cylinders. Like all ICON shock absorbers, these 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. Remoyte reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. ICON’s unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal “Bump Zone” that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom-out conditions and controls the suspension effectively when compressing at high velocity. If you are looking for a more user-defined tune, consider looking into the Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) shocks.

LEAF SPRING EXPANSION PACK
ICON's 2" Rear Leaf Expansion Pack provides increased suspension lift and better ride quality for lifted Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty pickup trucks. The Expansion Pack is designed to replace and improve the center leaves of the stock leaf spring pack while retaining the factory main leaf. This makes the Expansion Pack both cost-effective and an easier installation as it doesn't require complete removal of the leaf spring main leaf from the spring hanger and shackle. The additional leaves included in the pack are designed to optimize ride quality and reduce axle wrap compared to lift blocks. The design also shifts the overload transition point to improve small bump compliance.

ADJUSTABLE TRACK BAR KIT
The ICON Adjustable Track Bar helps center the axle of your lifted Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty and allow for increased suspension travel and articulation. A massive FK Rod End at one end, along with greaseable and replaceable OE style ball joint at the other end yields the best combination of maximum travel and articulation while also removing bushing deflection for improved handling characteristics. ICON’s exclusive rod end Double Adjuster Sleeve allows for fast, easy “on-vehicle” adjustment of track bar length without requiring removal or disassembly of the track bar. This allows for easy correction of axle location and dialing in precise tracking whenever adjustments are made to ride height. The track bar is made of CNC bent 1.625” x .250” wall 1026 DOM tubing with CNC machined threaded end and ball joint housing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish. 4WD STABILIZER (DUAL OPPOSING) 2.0 VS IR

This 4-Link system not only gives your Ford Super Duty an aggressive look, it enhances the articulation of the front suspension by eliminating bushing bind and improves handling of the truck by maintaining consistent caster angles through the entirety of the front suspension travel range. The large, deflective radius arm bushings are replaced with competition grade, PTFE lined spherical bearings in each link. This harder surface minimizes deflection to further increase the overall handling characteristics for maximum predictability and suspension responsiveness. Additionally, the ICON double adjusters in the lower links allows tuning of caster angle while the links are installed on the vehicle, easing the front-end alignment process.
