Our 90-306-01K Water pump kit is not a direct replacement for the 3.4L engines. The correct kit for the 3.4L engines is OE# 5007972 and is only available from Evinrude at this time. You could use our kit, however the following must be done:
Step 1. Do not install the water tube grommet in the housing.
Step 2 Reuse the o-rings on your old water tube.
Step 3. Reuse the cover for the water pump housing. This is the plastic tube attached to your water pump housing using the two screws.

fits like OEM

This fits a 2023 Civic Sport Touring without issue. It looks indistinguishable to the OEM filter. Getting the lid off the airbox is the hardest part as it is wedged in there pretty good. Other than that, this is a very do-able DIY job, and it's a lot cheaper than having the dealer do it. I have no concerns. Thumbs up.

Excellent Value, Easy to install

This filter fit perfectly! I have a 2023 Civic Touring with about 25,000 miles. I bought it new with 2 years of service, and when I went to the dealer for my last free oil change they wanted to charge me $135 to replace my engine air filter and my cabin air filter. Ouch! I have replaced air filters before so I knew it would be a fairly easy job. I was done in about 5 minutes and the filter material is as good as the original Honda filter I replaced.
