RESI® is an expectoration aid device
It allows you to uncolchesing and stubborn bronchial phos.
It is suitable for people with obstructive respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive bronchitis, cystic fibrosis or similar conditions. Also to former smokers who feel difficulty expectorating.
The device consists of a mouthpiece on one side, and on the other side a perforated part with a funnel and a stainless steel ball inside.
The principle is to inhale and exhale slowly as long as possible in the mouthpiece, several times.
When you exhale, there is a positive Expiratory Pressure (PEP) in the bronchi.
If you feel sharp vibrations accompanied by taps in the rib cage, it means that you are using the device well. Indeed, exhalation generates vibrations that vary the pressure in the bronchi so that the phlegm is detached from the bronchial walls and can be better evacuated towards the mouth.
Tips for use:
You can do a session of 5 spaced breathing cycles. To be repeated at will, respecting 5 minutes of break after each session (feeling of dizziness and numbness of the mouth and hands). 2 possibilities of positioning the device: horizontally or vertically (SEE PHOTOS).The longer the expiration exercise in the device, the more effective the device will be.
The RESI® can be used several times a day according to your needs.

The principle:
Vibrating eyelashes are arranged along the bronchi to filter foreign elements ingested during inspiration, naturally expelled by coughing.
