Overview:

Our popular Ford big block billet distributor, now supplied with a steel gear installed for specific camshaft requirements. Under the stainless steel terminals of the MSD cap and rotor is an easy-to-adjust mechanical advance assembly. The assembly is fine blanked from chromyl steel, TIG-welded for strength plus receives a QPQ coating. The precision weights glide on nylon bushings for smooth advancement and different springs and stop bushings are supplied so a variety of advance curves can be tuned. The steel shaft that spins the advance and reluctor receives a friction reducing coating plus is guided by a sealed ball bearing and long sintered bushing. This combination provides stable timing signals and spark delivery at any rpm. Triggering chores are handled by MSD's race proven, maintenance-free magnetic pick-up. *Will not clear some factory-style Shaker Hood Scoops.

An admiring but not uncritical portrait of a titan in the rule of law
    Format: Hardcover
Professor White delivers an admiring but not uncritical portrait of a man who stood for qualities and principles now in short supply. Jackson was a leading practitioner when other judges were more political, but nevertheless had to speak the language of the rule of law. And his contributions at Nuremberg, haphazardly portrayed in the recent movie, really come through . The United States would help establish a record of epic misdeeds and show that the perpetrators could be punished in a system of justice.

    Comprehensive and compelling
    Format: Hardcover
With this volume, Mc Coy firmly establishes himself as a historian whose far sightedness only improves with age. A robust story teller, he demonstrates an uncanny ability to ferret the secrets out of arcane documents and records and connect the dots into a compelling narrative. Here he shows how the best and worst of political and military strategy in the US and the other cold war powers shaped the course of global events in profound ways. The lessons for us today simply leap from the page. This is a must read for any thoughtful observer of today’s world.

    Brilliant until last two chapters
    Format: Kindle
A riveting well researched deep dive into the cold war up through the 1980s. The later chapters following the collapse of the Soviet Union seem to have been hurriedly written and only superficially cover events, particularly so as relates to Russia.

The shape of the world as it is now and has been
    Format: Hardcover
I am currently reading this book. I am a specialist in political science, history, Latin American studies and an "old guy" now, born just post-WWII. This is in a long life of study and research and living in three countries--US my birth country and two very different Latin American countries, just for context. I can simply and unreservedly say that this is one of the most important books I have ever read. Not only interesting to read for any caring person, but absolutely requisite.
