No-Stim Brain Boost With Real Choline and Mood Help

Gorilla Mind Cyclean PM is a no-stim capsule nootropic with one main goal: amp up your brain power, keep key signals strong, and ease stress all at once. It skips caffeine for fake energy and instead hits multiple angles like brain tone, focus building blocks, blood flow, and mood control. That's way different from typical 'focus' supps that are just hidden stims.

The core is 600mg Alpha GPC plus 200mcg Huperzine A. Alpha GPC is a top choline source in supps—it gives your body stuff to make acetylcholine, the brain chemical for attention, memory, and that mind-muscle link. 600mg is a solid dose, not just for show. Huperzine A slows down the enzyme that breaks acetylcholine, so the effects hang around longer. In real life, this combo makes focus feel steady and connected, not just buzzed.

L-Tyrosine at 750mg backs up the focus side. It's the building block for dopamine and norepinephrine, and studies shine in high-stress or tough mental spots. Top research uses grams, so 750mg isn't the max, but it's a smart add in this mix to keep your brain humming when you're wiped or pushed.

Kanna at 250mg stands out here. Studies on Sceletium tortuosum show it tweaks serotonin and blocks PDE4, with real user data on less brain overreaction and better decision-making.

GM Cyclean PM by Gorilla Mind contains 300mg Naringin, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 600mg Alpha GPC — a strong dose that gives choline for making acetylcholine. This helps with attention, building memories, quick reactions, and that 'dialed in' vibe you want from a true nootropic, not some energy knockoff.
  • 200mcg Huperzine A — added to block the breakdown of acetylcholine and keep the signals going strong. In this mix, it makes the Alpha GPC hit harder and last longer, not just a quick flash.
  • 750mg L-Tyrosine — a good amount for a stack like this, focused on tough mental spots. It's the base for dopamine and norepinephrine, super useful when fatigue, workload, or stress starts tanking your game.
  • 250mg Kanna — a cool pick for calm, effective brain work. User studies on Sceletium show less overthinking and better focus, which means a quieter, less cluttered mind.
  • 180mg Ginkgo leaf extract — picked for brain blood flow and antioxidant perks. It fills out the formula by helping with flow-related brain performance, beyond just the chemicals.
  • 165mg Bacopa monnieri — the steady memory player here. It's not about instant hype; it's for better learning, recall, and less brain tiredness when you stick with it.
  • 100mg L-Theanine — just enough for smoother vibes without knocking you out. It teams up great with Kanna to make everything feel chill and sorted, not flat or jittery.
  • 15mg saffron extract as safranal — a small but smart add for better mood and steady emotions. This rounds out the formula for evening tasks or high-pressure stuff where keeping cool matters as much as focus.

GM Cyclean PM by Gorilla Mind contains 300mg Naringin, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Pros handling brain-heavy work late who want better output without sleep wreck. No stims plus Alpha GPC, Huperzine A, Kanna, and theanine mean clear thoughts and chill, not a buzz.
  • Students in heavy study mode needing steady attention, good recall, and less wandering. The 600mg Alpha GPC and 200mcg Huperzine A choline boost is spot-on for learning when memory counts.
  • PM gym folks wanting better mind-muscle and focus but too late for stim pre's. Alpha GPC helps drive and attention, tyrosine, Kanna, and theanine keep training headspace engaged.
  • People who get stressed or overthink during work, study, or lifts. Kanna's serotonin and PDE4 tweaks, with saffron and theanine, ease the edge without killing drive.
  • Nootropic fans who dig choline and mood stacks over caffeine bombs. This is for cleaner brain work, not more hype.
  • Over-40 crowd after refined brain help for memory, focus, and smoothness. Ginkgo, Bacopa, Alpha GPC, and Huperzine A fit for everyday sharpness, not just energy.

How to Use

Take 1 capsule with water 30 to 60 minutes before studying, deep work, meetings, gaming, or no-stim training. That lets the fast actors like Alpha GPC, tyrosine, Kanna, theanine, and Huperzine A ramp up. No caffeine means no harsh kick, but newbies should test tolerance, especially if choline-sensitive. With or without food works; light meal might cut nausea for some, empty stomach can make it hit clearer. Don't stack blindly with other strong choline stuff, Huperzine formulas, or mood boosters unless you know your body. Goes good with basics like creatine, omega-3s, magnesium glycinate, and separate AM caffeine if you do both times. Daily is smart for Bacopa's buildup, but some skip days cuz of Huperzine A. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

In the first 20 to 30 minutes, don't expect a big rush—it's no stim. By 30 to 60 minutes, focus feels steadier, mood evens out, and tasks get easier. The best part is less pushback on hard mental stuff or focused workouts. From 60 to 120 minutes, it stays smooth with no caffeine crash. Week one, check the quick focus, stress feel, and if the choline fits you. By weeks 2 to 4, Bacopa kicks in more, making it great for learning, memory, and PM routines.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Gorilla Mind Cyclean PM contain caffeine or other stimulants?

No. This formula is fully stimulant-free, with no caffeine, yohimbine, or other classic stimulant actives. Its effects come from a nootropic stack built around 600mg Alpha GPC, 750mg L-Tyrosine, 250mg Kanna, 100mg L-Theanine, 15mg saffron extract, and 200mcg Huperzine A.

What does the 600mg Alpha GPC actually do in this formula?

Alpha GPC is a choline donor that supplies substrate for acetylcholine synthesis, which is central to attention, memory, and mental coordination. At 600mg, it is one of the formula’s primary performance drivers rather than a token ingredient.

Why is Huperzine A included with Alpha GPC?

Alpha GPC helps build acetylcholine, while Huperzine A helps slow the breakdown of acetylcholine by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase. That combination is a classic nootropic pairing because it supports both production and preservation of the same neurotransmitter signal.

Is 750mg L-Tyrosine a clinical dose?

It is a meaningful support dose in a multi-ingredient nootropic, but it is below the highest gram-level doses used in some stress and cognition studies. In this formula, tyrosine works as part of a broader stack rather than carrying the entire performance effect by itself.

What is Kanna doing here at 250mg?

Kanna is included for calm, functional focus. Research on Sceletium tortuosum extracts shows serotonin transporter activity and PDE4 inhibition, with human data suggesting reduced threat reactivity and improved executive function—exactly the kind of profile that helps focus feel smoother and less anxious.

Can I use this product before an evening workout?

Yes, that is one of its best use cases. Because there are no stimulants, it is suitable for late training sessions where you want stronger focus and mind-muscle connection without pushing bedtime later.

How long does it take to notice the effects?

Most users evaluate the acute effects within 30 to 60 minutes, particularly around cleaner focus and a calmer mental tone. Bacopa is the ingredient most likely to reward longer-term consistency, so the formula often feels more complete after a few weeks of regular use.

Can I stack Cyclean PM with coffee?

Yes, but start conservatively. The formula itself has no caffeine, but stronger cholinergic focus from Alpha GPC and Huperzine A can make your overall stack feel more intense than coffee alone.

Is this a good beginner nootropic?

It can be, especially for users avoiding stimulants, but beginners should still respect the formula. The 600mg Alpha GPC and 200mcg Huperzine A combination is potent enough that some users may prefer to first assess tolerance on a lower-intensity nootropic.

Are there any important medication interactions to know about?

Yes. Kanna can interact with serotonergic medications, and Ginkgo may interact with blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs. Huperzine A and Alpha GPC also warrant caution if you are using cholinergic or anticholinesterase medications.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.
