DC97-12528A washer flange shaft assembly connects the basket to the drive motor for turning the basket to fixes the following symptoms: Overly shaking of front loader or very noisy during rotation cycle. Place the inner basin of the washing machine in a proper place so that the machine can work properly.
Tools needed for the repair: Screwdrivers, sockets and ratchet, pliers and flashlight. We recommend you to watch a YouTube video for installation. The spider arm itself doesn't take long to install, but it does take some time to get everything disassembled to get to the part. Additionally, we recommend anti-rust coating on the washer flange shaft to effectively prevent part corrosion and failure.
