As you can imagine this is very dangerous if this occurs but thankfully, ATS Diesel has a solution, the ATS Doomsday Device.
The ATS Doomsday Device securely locks to the top of the transmission filler tube via a set screw and will re-direct the hot fluid down the supplied tube instead of ejecting the dipstick and sending fluid on the hot turbo and exhaust manifold. This kit is a must have for Ram owners and will give you peace of mind that your truck will not burn to the ground after a transmission failure.
